    From check-in and throughout our entire stay, we felt very well taken care of by the hotel and its fantastic staff. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, and a special recommendation is to try their carbonara — you won’t be disappointed. The rooms were also very fresh, clean, and well maintained.

    The rooms we stayed in, located in the attic, were absolutely terrible. The smell of mold was unbearable. You could clearly see water damage around the windows, and the carpet was extremely dirty. Even the towels smelled like vinegar.Those two rooms were definitely not worth the money we paid — it honestly felt like a complete scam. The entire area needs a full renovation as soon as possible.

    Great 4 days exploring the area. Starting each day with breakfast, biking, climbing, windsurfing during the day and enjoying recovery in the hot tub each evening.

    I enjoy these older Italian hotels for their character & location! I’ve stayed in a few now in my 27 days of bicycle travel, Hotel Benaco was Tops. It’s the kindness & caring of the Staff that makes Hotel Benaco shine!😊💯✅

    Great location, rooms are very comfortable, the hotel is filled with a fine collection of paintings, breakfast is very good. The staff is great.
