    Nice new "luxury" apartment.Nice staff.Nice environment.But...We've been in dozens of apartments and always the dishwashing liquid was included in the price. This place just said you have to buy it yourself.Same with sponges and cleaning cloths.Also the promised bathrobes were missing Villa Lusa Resort, Direttore generale at Villa Luisa Resort & Luxury Apartments, responded to this review Dear Ilkkak,thank you very much for you feedbackWe're happy you had a wonderful holiday with us, and we're sorry for this small misunderstanding.Best regards from all of us.

    Absolutely beautiful location.The hotel was spotlessly clean. All areas were immaculate.The staff all went above and beyond. They were all super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.They catered well for my dietary needs.We cannot recommend this hotel and their staff enough.A truly wonderful holiday.

    We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and we cannot thank the team enough for making our holiday so special. From the moment we arrived we felt truly welcomed. Hotel manager Massimiliano and every single person working at the hotel were incredibly kind and professional. From the the lovely people in the kitchen to the warm and helpful housekeeping staff and the lovely team at the bar everyone made us feel at home.We created unforgettable memories here together with our family and this place is truly perfect for both families and couples. The atmosphere is calm joyful and full of heart. You can really feel the passion behind the service and attention to detail.The location is also ideal with the beautiful town of Salo just a short drive away. Salo is full of charming little gems wonderful food and stunning views which made the whole experience even more special.Thank you for everything.     Sixth stay at this great hotel - we return because the staff are so wonderful and the hotel has great facilities, excellent food, a lovely pool, and a lovely semi-rural location, but only 15 minutes walk from the lake. Already arranging to return next year, if not before.

    We stayed for 6 nights and we had an amazing time at the hotel. The best thing was service. All the staff made us feel welcome and were very friendly. A shout out to Viviana , Laura and Filipo that went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Very dog friendly. Excellent breakfast and drinks. Will definitely recommend and if possible come back.
