    Lovely Boutique Hotel

    What a lovely boutique hotel this is, we are so pleased we found this place & decided to book it for our 4 days in Lake Garda, (I searched the internet thoroughly before making our decision) the hotel is in a very convenient spot, being only a five minute (maximum) walk to Garda town & the ferry terminal which has fantastic crossings to many places around the lake, we were very well looked after by all the staff here, from Managers to cleaning ladies, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff & we felt very welcome, I would like to mention a couple of staff that really stood out to us, Silvia who was my first point of contact via email to arrange for airport transfers, all my emails were replied to extremely quickly, politely & efficiently & the Company the hotel use were extremely courteous with lovely clean vehicles, ( they also gave us a bottle of olive oil on our departure which was a very nice gift), Francesca in the restaurant went above & beyond our expectations, after finding out I was GF she made sure I had suitable bread at dinner & breakfast, even a GF chocolate cake was made for me (how thoughtful), Laura & Morelli were also super friendly & helpful, Marcelo the restaurant Manager was also very caring & helpful, as I said before ALL members of staff were so friendly & warm (sorry I don’t remember all the names) and are a credit to Villa Madrina.The swimming pool & the grounds were beautifully clean & well kept, as was the whole hotel. The view of the Lake from our room 303 was fantastic & I would say definitely book a room with a view (it’s worth every penny, see photos).We have been very fortunate to have stayed in many top class hotels around the World (many we wouldn’t return to) but I can honestly say we would definitely return here & also recommend to others - thank you Villa Madrina for making our stay so memorable 🥰

    Excellent hotel in lovely Garda

    We spent a week here at the end of April. Clean and comfortable, the room was good sized with a balcony overlooking well kept gardens and pool and a view of the lake in the distance. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Bed and pillows very comfortable.The breakfast had a variety of choices of high quality produce. We stayed HB and the evening meal was a good standard and we could always find something to suit our tastes.We also used the wellness and spa facilities including taking part in the weekly yoga session.This is a well managed hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We would like to praise Francesca in particular for her kind and patient attention.We are glad we stayed at Villa Madrina on lovely Garda.

    Wonderful, helpful staff. Great variety on the food menu. Just 5 minutes walk down to the lakeside from the hotel. Not on top of the busy front but close enough to get there easily, making it a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Wonderful view of the lake from our room.

    Best hotel we probably have stayed at the staff were superb from booking to departure They helped arrange our transfer from Verona Airport which we could not fault (the lady driver even gave us a present on departure ) the hotel staff were always happy kind and over and Above the grounds were immaculate and the rooms very clean and well presented he views were amazing If we ever return to Garda I would not look to stay anywhere else We only did bed and breakfast but could not fault this Also used the free on site bikes to cycle to next few towns one day The pool was freezing but it was only beginning of season and we still went in after a 12 mile bike ride - Loved this hotel should be five star
