  Perfect beach spot

  Brilliant hotel . Can’t fault anything with it . Clean rooms , air con is brilliant and cold . Staff are friendly and the breakfast is perfect . Would highly recommend staying here if you like a beach holiday but like to explore . Train is 5 min walk away , and it cost €3 for return to the city . Best of both worlds , and the restaurants local are a lot cheaper then in the city .   Don’t rush into the madness the first day, go to the beach!

  Second time here, and it’s hot… But the beach is across the street! Beating jet lag is hard and a day at the beach makes it easier.This is a very good value, an attentive and friendly staff, in a convenient location. Ostia is where the Romans go to escape the tourists.   Across from the beach

  We stayed at this hotel for 1 night pre-cruise. Whilst it looks large from the outside, it has a boutique hotel type of feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, the staff were great. Everything was clean and the room very acceptable. Within a short walk you'll find plenty of restaurants and the beach is just across the road. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in the area.   This was the first time we spent time in the beach in Ostia, and we luckily chose the right place.We had a minor hiccup with the airport shuttle and communication, but I feel as if the staff did their best to resolve this.We were only there for one night, but they were prepared for our AM shuttle without me having to say my name or ask for it. They also prepared us breakfast to go boxes for us since we were missing the breakfast.Overall the room was comfortable, clean, and the view of the ocean will be a lifetime memory.   Great choice for pre or post cruise and pre or post flights from FCO Fiumicino Airport

  Great location across from the beach. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, very nice self serve breakfast, good price. Roof top verandah was a great place to watch the sunset. Smaller town with great food, the Art in the park was going on while we were exploring. Also paid reservation required shuttle to and from FCO.
