    The hotel is in a perfect location, was an easy walk from the train station and is right across the road from the beach.The rooms were spacious, well maintained.     Ideal location, across the road from the beach and twenty minutes walk from the railway station.Friendly helpful staff. Spacious comfortable room and bathroom.This hotel is kept immaculately clean, throughout.The breakfast was excellent and good quality.The gym had good equipment and there was a swimming pool, sauna and steam room.Would definitely stay here again.     Clean hotel with comfortable bed. Some traffic noise from road outside. Unfortunately walls between rooms are paper thin and we had a dividing door between us and the next room so we could hear everything the noisy man in the next room did. Staff at reception are diamonds! Spoke English well and were extremely helpful with everything. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and very nice food. Useful place to stay if sightseeing Pisa and Florence as trip on train not that long.     Pity to know when we arrived that the pool was Closed. I booked on the website of the hotel and nothing was notified….
