Just on the Lago Maggiore and 25 minutes drive from Malpensa airport. In a quiet village that offers everything, from many places to eat, shops and gas stations! Friendly and helpful staff also. Old fashioned rooms but they are big, comfortable and clean! Free private parking for every room, just outside, was very helpful. Also they offered us 4 small (2 sparkling, 2 non sparkling) bottles of water in the fridge! The only thing was that the rooms and bathroom are old. And also even though they said that they had aircondition, it didn't work properly.

Our EasyJet flight to Gatwick had to divert to Milan due to an issue and we were forced to spend the night in Milan. We were eventually found a room at the Blue Relais in Maggiore. It is a motel style hotel, with a king-sized bed which only had a sheet, there were no blankets or quilts available, the room was cold despite the wall fan heater being on all night. The breakfast consisted of juice, fruit, yogurt and croissants. The hot options included scrambled egg, bacon, with cheese and ham, overall, the breakfast was very acceptable. It's white and this can bring confusion.Ivanof/o dept.

Stayed there with my wife for one night and it was very good. Check-in was easy , room was large and clean, bathroom as well. It's motel type and you can leave your car in front of the room which is awesome. Easy with the luggage:) Breakfast could be better though - it's pretty basic. Location is good as well.

Blue Relais Maggiore Sento,Reason for this stay was a month work in Sento. My travel agent booked a month and payed in advance. Well it is no hotel but a motel only used by overnight travellers mostly motor drivers and people who arrive past midnight for just a few hours. Walls are thin, beds are hard and protected with plastic sheets. The shower and airco not working. We asked for a refund which was refused. We took our loss of 1500€ per person. And booked a 3 star hotel nearby : with wellness, gym, sunroof.Blue relais claims to have 4 stars, it really is not worth your money better stay somewhere good.Breakfast is terrible and if you’re lucky you get some. It starts serving at 0700 but mostly finished serving at 0701 then only emptyness welcomes you.

Amazing welcome at 00:30; perfect parking directly outside the room. Quiet, clean and ideal in terms of room. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice, very good coffee and I particularly liked the Tirimasu!
