    Great hotel with friendly staff

    Accra palace was an excellent location for a base to explore Milan. Rooms are large, spotlessly clean. Quiet area, so good sleep. The beds were comfy. We were on 6th floor, 2 lifts available to get us up there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Always chatty. Felt very at home. Would highly recommend and would return again

    Spent two nights. Very good location: The hotel is in a quiet residential area, so you can get a good night's sleep. At the same time it is close to a big supermarket and a metro station. Parking available at extra charge. Staff (reception and housekeeping) is very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and even had a microwave in it.

    We stayed at this property once with our family for one night. Several months later, we were surprised to receive a notification of a €100 pre-authorisation charge. Since we had not made any recent booking or payment, we immediately contacted the hotel to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, they were unable—or unwilling—to provide any explanation.We then sent a formal legal notice stating that we would report the incident to the authorities if the charge was not reversed. Approximately two weeks later, the pre-authorization was cancelled.Fortunately, we were alerted to the charge by our bank in time to act. Be VERY cautious and monitor your accounts carefully if you have stayed here.

    It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. There are quite a few good things though:- close to a metro station-fairly low price- quite a few food choices for breakfast -spacey rooms with nice furniture -plenty of ambience lighting -the bathroom is equipped with bidet, LED mirror great for makeup, and a modern hair dryer -the thermostat works nicely. Our room got heated properly in a very short timeHowever, there are a few things to be aware of:- the parking is included on booking.com, however, you have to pay extra 15€/day. We were initially unaware of that. Careful with wide cars and minivans while parking. The parking spots are quite narrow- !!! cleanliness is not 4 stars-level (the towels are in a sorry state, the pillow cases disintegrate in the corners, the bed sheets have not been changed and the showers are rusty and spotted with mould, dust bunnies in the corners of the room)- some positive reviews on booking.com seem to be bot-generated (take this one with a grain of salt, since it’s a suspicion)- breakfast food had a few issues (egg shells in the omelette, stale waffles) - the room’s electric sockets are not fastened on the walls. Careful when unplugging your charging cords Conclusion: it’s a budget family hotel comfortable enough for a short stay, but DEFINITELY NOT a 4 star hotel.

    The room was big and clean . Some things need improvements because they look a bit old, mostly in the bathroom and the balcony needs a small table and chairs. Very nice breakfast. It was not that good location. At least, it was close to a metro station.
