    Great hostel with lovely staff

    Despite the lovely entrance the building inside is a bit basic and a little tired and needs a bit of love to bring it up to the standard it deserves. The lift was fab though! Staff very helpful and lovely. Room very clean and dorm bed comfortable. Showers seemed quite new and worked really well. The location is quiet and very close to all transport. Breakfast is simple but very good, replenished and kept tidy very well. The upstairs kitchen area is small but kept tidy and there is a relaxing room and a roof terrace. The lounge room is very basic and could so easily be upgraded with some better furnishings and a lick of paint! Lockers in room come with a key, there is a storage luggage area and generally a great hostel.

    excellent location, clean, staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast, only one disappointment : supper menu was all greasy American food, and music in the reception area was all American Rap - coming all this way to visit Italy it would be nice to be exposed to a bit of Italian music and food.

    Although it was a short stay, I noticed a good welcome and orientation, a satisfactory sleep quality, a satisfactory bathroom, a good cleanliness level, elevators, the hospitality of the staff, a very good location, a good price, and a very good breakfast space.

    I stayed here on my solo travelling trip. It was one of the cheapest options i could find but i'm so glad i went. I made awesome friends here and had a blast. The hostel has a bar which makes happy hour a perfect time to meet other people. If you don't want to spend heaps at bars the supermarkets nearby sold cheap alcohol which we brought back to the hostel rooftop.The hostel is within walking distance to most things in Milan and about a 20-30 min walk to Milano Centrale station.The only downside to this hostel was that the mosquito nets in our room were coming off of the windows which meant there were loads of mosquitoes in the room and we woke up with huge bites!All in all I was really happy with this hostel and would go back again.     The hostel was the worst I have stayed in. It lacked cleanliness and food options. In addition, the staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming. When we had a problem with another guest that was a risk to our safety they refused to do anything until repeated requests from other roommates.
