Fairly basic but clean hotel. Friendly staff and a few minutes walk to train station. We did not get our booked 5 a.m. alarm call (just as well we woke up) but we did get a very nice breakfast bag to take with us as we were too early to have breakfast at hotel.

Great hotel with an excellent location! Very close to the city center and the metro station, which made getting around Milan super easy. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Clean rooms and a very comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended!

The room I was assigned is tiny but comfortable. It looked well maintained and clean. The room didn’t smell but the corridor in my floor was smelly. The hotel is located very close to the Milano Centrale railway station.

The hotel is in a very handy location. The staff are friendly and attentive to guests' needs. We were kindly given a room overlooking the central train station.The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is varied and of a high standard. The only thing that could be improved is the state of the bathroom fixtures. But that’s just a minor detail.
