  - One pillow each.- Shower didn't detach from the wall, so only a top down shower.- Shower temperature was very difficult to control, often alternating hot and cold- Safe didn't work- Far away from Milan City Centre- Staff ignored the request to fix safe+ Clean+ Breakfast was fine+Air-conditioning was good

  The room was decent and the window was reaaly nice but the shower was horrible. The water pressure was very weak but the water temperature couldn't stay a 1 temperature. It went from scalding hot to freezeing in seconds no matter how you adjusted the faucet.

  The staff was very friendly. It's a cheap place to stay, ideal for a comfortable night's sleep. It's worth noting that there's an additional city tax to pay on-site – a significant additional expense. The rooms were relatively clean, but there was hair in the shower. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. It's a shame there wasn't at least a kettle and mugs to make tea or coffee. However, our biggest complaint was the shower – the shower head couldn't be turned off, the water pressure was very weak, and getting the water to stay hot or ice cold was next to impossible. It's quite far from the city center – it's over an hour's walk from the central station, and public transport was problematic due to renovations and route changes.

  The room comfort is poor, with hard pillows. But the worst part is the reception service. The air conditioning in room (101) stopped working on the third day of our stay. A complaint was made, and we were only told it would be resolved the following day. On May 1st, after being informed that the problem had been solved, which was not true, the attendant came up to the room. Upon seeing that the air conditioning wasn't working, he adopted a rude and aggressive attitude, and in response to our complaints, even threatened to call the police. It was already the third day the air conditioning hadn't worked, and we still had two more days to go. We had to sleep with the window open, and the light and noise from the street disturbed our sleep. Furthermore, with the wind in the early morning, the guests caught colds, including a 10-year-old child. It was a total lack of respect. I only didn't change hotels because the accommodation was booked through an agency as part of an activities package. But I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Amazing place, clean, comfortable and very cozy. Easy to commute, and very calm. Amazing service, great welcome and very polite.
