    In April 2026, I stayed at this hotel together with my friend. It should be avoided because on the second day of our stay, a pair of gold earrings and a cosmetic cream were stolen from our room, and our belongings had been searched through. I reported this issue at the reception, and in response, the receptionist laughed ironically. The hotel should no longer be called Bolzano, but “Thiefzano”! hotel bolzano, Albergatore at Hotel Bolzano, responded to this review Dear Guest,First of all, all our rooms are equipped with a safe, specifically provided for storing valuables and preventing any potential inconvenience.Secondly, we firmly reject any such accusations: our staff works with professionalism and integrity, and we cannot accept serious claims made without any evidence.We have also carried out internal checks, and there is no record of any formal complaint being reported to the reception during your stay regarding what you described.

    This hotel was simply amazing, the guys at reception were very helpful as this was my first time in Milan, I had a lot of questions and they helped me out. Room was very clean, thanks to the sweet lady who made sure the room was clean and tidy every single day. The room also had heater so I didn’t freeze in Milan weather. Overall this was an amazing stay.

    Don't bother having a valid reservation, they don't keep them. Worst of all, as I booked through Booking.com they still kept the fee!!! Worst hotel experience of my life. hotel bolzano, Albergatore at Hotel Bolzano, responded to this review We would like to clarify that you arrived with an expired passport. According to Italian law, you cannot check in without a valid document,and you had no other documents.Despite this, we attempted to assist you in resolving the issue, but you chose to leave without completing the check-in process and never returned. As clearly stated in the cancellation policy you accepted at the time of booking, in the event of a no-show, the full amount of your stay will be charged.We remain available for any further clarification.

    Good value but not glamorous. The rooms were smaller and felt a little dated. Breakfast was good, location was good as well. If you’re looking to save a little money it’s a good choice, it felt safe and the area around the hotel was nice as well.
