Location is great (next to the station. Price was excellent (86 € for a single room with breakfast), especially considering I just turned up at the hotel without any reservation.Good breakfast.The room was very small.. so small that I could not go around the double bed! I just wonder how a 3-star hotel can offer this!

I am currently staying at the hotel. I was given room 194. The lift only goes to floor 8, then there are stairs going up to which I can only describe as the loft. First impressions, not happy. Room has windows on a slant in the roof and it is very dark and dingy. Nothing like the photos on the website! No safety information on the walls and the plug sockets and ports didn’t work. Looks as if the 9th floor is an overflow idea that was maybe once used for staff or an office. I decided not to complain as I would be out for two full days. However, on the third morning I was woken by builders working outside. I mentioned this to reception on my way out and he said he apologised. I came home at 4pm to continuing works and a ladder on the stairs going up to the roof above my room and still more noise! I was so angry I complained and was moved to a room on the first floor. Its completely different, like what I was expecting. The pictures tell the story better than i can describe, but its ruined my stay in Milan.

Got cheated at Hotel Canova Milan

We are so disappointed and feel cheated during our stay at the hotel. The 2 nights we stayed at the hotel in room 106 from June 17th to 19th Feb the shower was not working. After repeated requests to repair it the same was not done. The frustrating part of it all was the blatant lies saying it was repaired only to realise every morning that it was not. Nobody at the reception took ownership of the issue and all they kept saying was the technician lied that it was fixed. Imagine 2 nights and 3 days and not being able to shower in the Milan. No refund or partial refund was offered.Disgraceful!!!

Good value , lovely breakfast , staff friendly .We had room 102 and was really quiet so don’t be put off by reviews. Lovely shower etc . Rooms quite small. But very good location for central station and trams - really good system where you can leave bags in lockers and come back.

Worst hotel ever I had the worst kind if experience in this hotel The front office guy literally harassed me and my partner constantly Our checkout time on the booking was 12 at 10:50 he shut down all the electricity of our room and our stuff was all cluttered , my partner slipped in the washroom due to it For an hour he didn’t respond after i asked the cleaning lady to contact him these were his words ‘How dare you not checkout , who do you think you are , your checkout was at 11 i am giving you 5 mins if you dont leave the hotel you wait and watch what i will do’
