    Fawlty Towers Returns as B&B Centrale MilanoI am going to temper this with we had 6 rooms for 3 nights and in the main whilst being small and hotter than the African Sahara due to faulty aircon they was ok. However my room when I arrived had mould on the bathroom ceiling and a clear leak that ran down the bathroom walls and dripped from the extractor hood. I immediately headed back to reception armed with photos only for the young man behind reception to reliably inform me that it was no problem as it only leaked when it rained 😳. A few more exchanges using Google translate established that the room was not getting changed as there was no availability. So for 3 nights I stayed in an mouldy sweat box with the final night the water becoming to much and the extractor falling out of the ceiling into the toilet at 3am which was a tad unwanted. Knowing that complaining probably wouldn’t help I kindly showed the receptionist the photos upon my exit this morning and after a brief glance she thanked me and went on to tell me that I was all checked out If your going to book bring your face mask and flippers

    I needed to cancel 2 days after booking a month in advanced and the staff is unresponsive. I don't think it's a great idea to not be flexible at all with customers when they cancel well in advanced. There is nothing you have done to deserve free money. Never book here or anywhere without free cancellation.

    Dirty and infested of insects.DON'T EVER THINK TO BOOK THIS PLACE.ALL mattresses are full of bugs.Dirty walls.Disgusting bathrooms.Broken WC's and doors of bathrooms.Smelly rooms.Disgusting and unhealthy kitchen (not for humans).Destroyed furniture.Rude staff.I needed to go to the hospital after spending 4 nights there because of the large quantities of bugs (photos attached).I simply lost 1000 €. And they lie by saying they transferred me to another room 😂. Rude, dirty and liers 🤦🏽‍♂️. I was not refunded. Don't be cheated by the rate, they got the rate only because of the location not because of the quality of the place. The place is not suitable for humans actually.Alao the reviews of Booking.com is fake "as booking is collaborative with this horrible nest".

    Bed bugs!!! Filthy place. DON’T STAY HERE.Money trap, the staff do not care about the complaints and does not refund even for the booking they cancelled by themselves!!! Kitchen is so dirty, the place smells so bad. Bed linen was dirty, apparently from other guests

    DO NOT STAY HERE our first night there we found BED BUGS on the walls and in the beds. we checked out early the next day and got a hotel room. were told by the hostel we would be refunded through booking.com and booking told us the hostel would but now the hostel and booking are NOT REFUNDING US
