This hotel is located 2 km north of Milan, within easy reach of the main Milan highway, 10 km from the historical centre of Milan, 12 km from Milan’s Trade Fair, 7 km from Monza, 35 km from Bergamo and 50 km from Lake Como. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, guests will find a bus stop, and there are shopping facilities about 1 km away. Milan’s Linate Airport is 15 km away. Malpensa International Airport is 55 km away, and it is 40 km to Bergamo - Orio al Serio Airport.

Facility

4 suites, 66 single rooms and 131 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Three night day for conference. Very clean hotel in all areas although a little worn. Staff were extremely helpful. Bed was super comfy. No coffee facilities in room which was annoying. Enjoyed the restaurant food in the evenings. Metro within walking distance.

    Checked in on 27 January 2025, only due to a business trip and location. Otherwise, I would never choose this hotel.The staff are unprofessional, rude, and openly aggressive. The front desk receptionist (bald, middle-aged man with a white beard) was confrontational and completely unfit for the hospitality industry. The bartender was equally dismissive and arrogant.This so-called 4-star hotel does not meet even 3-star standards. Basic in-room amenities are missing—no glasses, no plates, no cutlery. When I asked for them, the bartender responded, “This is not an apartment,” which perfectly reflects the careless and disrespectful attitude throughout the hotel.I recently stayed at an actual 5-star hotel in Florence, and the difference is embarrassing. This property is not suitable for business travelers or anyone expecting basic hospitality.Strongly not recommended. Never coming back.

    Excellent hotel.Big and modern. Nice breakfast for €15. Plenty choice. Didn’t have dinner but it was available. Receptionist at desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but large and very clean. Comfy beds and pillows.Great price !!Saved a small fortune and got loads more for our money. Definitely worth staying here and getting the metro in to Milan. Little bit out of centre which suits us. Used public transport which was excellent once we got the hang of it. Your ticket is £1.88 for the whole day for bus, tram and metro. Great network. And if 2 sixty plus women can do it you can. Well done Cosmo hotel. ⭐️

    Far from Milan, surrounding area is really bad, the room is NOT soundproof, you can literally hear everything and get woken up at night. The machines on floors don’t work. Just not good for the price. The food in the hotel restaurant is overpriced and has no flavor and there are no other restaurants within walking distance La Direzione, Direttore generale at Cosmo Hotel Palace, responded to this review Dear GuestThank you for sharing your experience.     Pretty far out of Milan but pretty good apart from that!

    i stayed here with my daughter and when we arrived at the underground it was not made clear at all how far it was to walk - in the dark it was impossible and there were a lot of prostitutes about in the park and on the main road - pretty shocked to say the least - that said the hotel is very clean and the breakfasts are very good (apart from being reprimanded from the front of house supervisor for taking some bottles of water) - the wifi was terrible though and that was the one thing that needs sorted. One thing i would like to make clear that it takes at least 40 minutes to walk to the underground but what is not make clear is that you can get a ticket for train and tram combined!
