  Not a great hotel

  It’s exactly as it states a 2 star . We stayed for 3 nights - metro stop right outside which is a plus for getting into the centre of the city. It’s about 2.5k but the hotel itself needs improvement . Our room was located below ground with a patio door onto a courtyard. The curtain had stains on it needed a voile curtain also as you couldn’t open the curtain as staff could see into room when moving laundry etc. the bedside lamps very loose tv cable showing - an easy fix comfy bed . So a few maintenance issues Unfortunately it was right under the lobby and breakfast area so you heard a lot to noise from about 7am . You could hear the metro also and the other rooms when the bathroom toilets were flushed it seemed the pioework was outside of our room breakfast very basic - not exactly what you’d expect even from a 2 star - very unorganized . Room itself was ok the bathroom was good nice with a good shower . No glasses in room for you to use . Our towels were not changed after day 1 so we needed to ask . Seems to be run by men as I didn’t see any ladies however that might not be the case but from what I saw may contribute to that fact There are no restaurants or coffee shops or convenience stores around the hotel. They may be a little farther out Unfortunately if we were to return we would stay somewhere else .

  my experience at this hotel was an unpleasant one. musty smell, torn bed sheets and blanket, window glued with shells, dirty lamp, scratched walls, rusty beds, baseboard detached from the wall. when I asked to change my bed sheets, I was told that it was late, there was no one to change them for me and that I had to change my bed sheets, alone. in a room for three people, you only had room to open one suitcase and only one outlet to charge your phone. I will attach pictures. I do not recommend!

  It was a rather unsettling experience.

  I stayed at a hotel recently that left me thoroughly disappointed. While the location was excellent and the staff was friendly, everything else was dreadful. The rooms were outdated and had a strange odor. The doors did not feel secure or reliable; they would shake every time someone else slammed their room door. The breakfast was meager and somewhat unsettling. Overall, it was a rather unsettling experience.

  Simple Hotel in Milan.

  The main feature of this hotel was its convenience to a rail station on a line with direct link to the University conference centre. The staff were friendly. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was acceptavle.

  The worst hotel ever

  I have no words to describe how bad is hotel is . The breakfast was so poor , no egg no fruits , only bread and some poor cheese. Try don’t clean the room every day and the guy at the reception said that they don’t change towels every day if it doesn’t need and he wanted us to ask if we need it. We didn’t get a extra toilet paper either. No elevator , and the air conditioner didn’t work and the room was so hot when it was 28 degrees outside, I was awake the whole night. It’s hotel so Crap , please people don’t book it , I am warning you , don’t destroy your stay in the beautiful city Milan at this horrible place .
