    Excellent customer service. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Super convenient to the Metro station with easy navigation to Duomo and the area.

    Great hotel, very helpful & friendly staff. The location was a little far from the city center for walking but there is a metro right around the corner..plenty of taxi as well if you are in a hurry. The hotel is an old hotel that has maintained its unique style without seeming dated.     I was staying in this hotel March 12th-13th and only after 10 days back home I realized that I have left in the hotel room Bottega Veneta small bag with Celine purse inside. I contacted hotel front desk and immediately received answer that that my bag was found. It was immediately packed and sent me back with the currier.Thanks Monica (front desk) and all the housekeeping staff for your attention, honesty and kind collaboration.     Ideal for a city break

    A friend and I stopped at this hotel for a two night stay in Milan. Arrived in the early hours of the morning with sufficient car parking in underground facility, though parking is a little expensive. 24 hour reception very friendly and spoke good English. Room had two single beds and decent sized bathroom with shower. Tv with Italian channels available for those who required it. Beds comfortable but firm. Room not massive but sufficient for a short break. Continental breakfast served from 7 - 10am was fine. Hotel is well positioned with easy access to Metro, buses and trams, around 15 journey into city centre. Would use again.

    Reception were great, they accommodate our needs and they were always helpful. Location was quiet and we easy to access bus to city. Would recommend and would stay again. Breakfast was just what we needed
