    My first assigned room had a problem with the heating, the room was super warm and the temperature control did not work. They tried to fix it but with poor success and I ended up changing room. The personnel was very helpful and accommodating.The room was clean (though the last day there was a silver fish in the wardrobe....), bed was good and there was a water kettle. Breakfast was really nice.     AVOID this hotel ! Waste of Hilton Points!

    I’m here now - don’t come to this hotel! Hotel is far, staff is not friendly and they don’t care about members who paid lots of money over the years and showed loyalty. Using points and accumulating more money for Hiltons across the world. This is the only hotel in the whole of Europe that is part of Double tree and Hilton network to not allow guest of a Diamond membership complimentary breakfast. As part of the Hilton honors terms generally a member can give access to this to at least 1 of their guests if not physically present. London was fine Madrid was fine Berlin was fine and so on in every other city- then you come to Milan and all of a sudden they don’t care. Clearly they prefer losing loyal customers over giving benefits that are generally accepted - even in my business studies classes back in the day we learnt that better to keep customers happy than lose them long term but obviously this Milan hotel thinks the opposite. Not only that but this has literally never happened before. Will be filing official complaint to Hilton honors team and in New York at HQ. No wonder the reviews are so bad for this hotel. 3.9-4.1 is not great - explains why! Well done to this hotel for poor customer experience. I will be telling everyone (also on social media not just here) to avoid this one if this is how members are treated. SAVE your points! Will defitnely NOT BE COMING back. Avoid avoid avoid.     I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I just wanted to give a special shout-out to Kiara C. Not only was she incredibly kind and attentive, but she went above and beyond by allowing me to microwave my own food and offered me a cutlery with a smile.     Good stay, but a serious safety issue

    The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. However, I had a very distressing experience on October 29, 2025, in room 314. My husband went to the dining room for breakfast while I stayed in the room to get ready. He forgot his cellphone, and I didn’t have mine with me. Somehow, I got locked inside the bathroom and was unable to open the door.I pulled the emergency alarm rope by the bathtub, but it did not work. I became very panicked, screaming, crying, and hitting the door for help, but no one came. Fortunately, my husband returned to the room and was able to get me out. It was a terrifying experience that I will never forget.I truly hope the hotel checks the emergency system to ensure that this does not happen again to anyone else.
