    Amazing Hotel

    Amazing hotel, could not believe the value. Hotel was beautiful, staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Room was made fresh every day by housekeeping who did an amazing job. Amazing central location and highly recommended for anyone staying in Milan, quick and easy access to the centre via underground metro system

    Really amazing and incredibly stunning hotel, with really incredible rooms and nice, friendly and chatty staff. Especially the chef Leon, who was extremely polite and spoke to me and my partner every single morning and told us great activities to do, also not the mention his breakfast omelettes. A really great stay with good people working there. Only one issue with a water leak from next door which forced us to be moved into a new room.

    So Noisy, building shuck when tram passed!

    Just returned from a 3 night stay from this hotel. It really is a lovely hotel- the main reception is stunning. The breakfast room is lovely and the food and staff were great.What really let this experience down was our room location. We were in apartment 15… which is a walk outside the hotel then through a door, a court yard, up a lift and then in a residential block next to the hotel. The noise was so so so bad. ALL night all you could hear was the tram outside, it shook the building, sirens, beeping, bottles being emptied early hours of the morning. It is literally the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in! Our sleep was so poor. I picked a hotel outside the main centre so that we had a quieter location to rest in after the hustle and bustle of the city. This hotel did not provide that. Also, really, we were quite out of it and isolated. It felt more like an air B&b experience which to be honest, if I wanted that, I would have booked an air B&b and not a hotel. Felt very disconnected from the hotel. Such a shame as so many reviews are wonderful but surely I cannot be the only one to experience this? The room itself was stunning! But just the noise and being so far out the way just ruined the experience for me.     Beautiful hotel with very pleasant staff. Great location, with easy access to Buses, trams and Metro links. My only negative is the deposit, which we only found out about when we arrived. We were charges 50 euros a day! We are still waiting for this refund too.
