    The positive thing about this hotel was that it is very close to the station, which made everything very convenient. very nice and helpful staff. the rooms nice and spacious. Quiet area and a very good Turkish restaurant next to the hotel.Unfortunately, the bed was not good and the pillouws were far too thin, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. but with a stay of a few days it works,

    Hello, Unfortunately an incident prevented us from moving from Canada to Milan Italy for a 4 night stay. We notified the hotel 3 days after the date of cancellation without charge but 1 week before the date of the stay. No openness to penalty or discount on term stays.     Perfect hotel if do not like to feel safe and warm. You can spend your time with pleasure talking with xenophobic receptionist about unsafety guest from different nations. You can comfortably freeze in your room at night as well because, you know, redundant heating is harmfully to your health))

    I don't understand how in 2020 there are no plugs in the headboard / bedside table to charge mobile phones, tablets or computers.They report a minibar in the room and there is no.lack of electronic service. you have to unplug the television to be able to plug in the computer or phone / tablets
