  Very good hotel close to Milan.

  Good hotel, parking free, very good and variet breakfast, room was new and large, large bad, free water, cofee maker, frige with many varieties of drinks. Quiet room. (Minus- the matrasse was not so good)

  The hotel and rooms were nice, clean and modern. I have no idea what it would be like to get here by public transport, but if you came with a car (as we did), you will be fine. It's a bit out of the way from Milan, but really not far - maybe 20 minutes by car. If you do want to go to Milan (by car) I would recommend driving to the nearest Metro and parking your car there, taking the Metro into the city; parking in central Milan is a nightmare. The price was great, especially with the included breakfast - great value for your money! The breakfast had several hot and cold options, pretty much anything you could want.I didn't hear any noise and slept perfectly well. The room was perfect for a couple.The hotel seems to cater mostly to local Italians, we didn't see any foreigners, but the front staff spoke English perfectly well, so it was not a problem.I also recommend going to the nearby Acquaworld water park, which also has a spa section - really nice place! As you wrote we are 20 minutes away from Milan city centre by car and we are very close to Acquaworld, a beautiful indoor water park that is open during winter time as well. There is a bust stop in front of the Hotel. Guests who don't have a car can take the bus to reach Monza Railway Station that is 5 km away, then they can take a train to Milan. Otherwise it is possibile to take a bus for Cologno Metro Station (green line) that is 8 km away from the hotel. I hope to have you as our guest again in the future! Best regards

  Hotel is average but take care from any info from the front disk

  the room was average, AC was bad but no problem with me because room temperature was okay without AC, the front disk was too bad, there is a lot of miscommunication, and every time same answer, the employee is new, he didn't understand you, I don't recommend to pay full the whole stay before you come, just pay one night then extend Francesco Mariani, Direttore generale at Euro Hotel Residence, responded to this review Dear Guest, I red your e-mail and I thank you for your review but I need more info to better understand it. You wrote that AC didn't work well but this is obvious since you stayed during winter time when AC is off and heating is on. Moreover you wrote that temperature was ok in your room. About the reception service you told about "miscommunication" but I can't understand what was wrong and what problem had not been fixed.   Not a good experience. AC wasn’t working and called the front desk and was told they would get back to me. One hour later no response I called again. This happened a few more times. Then they told me it’s law that the ac can’t be on after 11pm…I later figured out that the sensor on the window was misaligned due to the poor room conditions and fixed it myself. The ac came on. No further followup on my complaint. They are not the only business hotel in the area. Take your business elsewhere. As you wrote AC was working but there was a problem with the sensor on the window that didn't allow the AC to be turned on in your room. I checked your review with my colleague from the maintenance before sending this answer. He remeber this problem and he informed me that he was working on your request that night and he was making some tests in order to understand why AC was not working just in your room. I'm sorry he took to much time but I hope you can appreciate his effort. My colleagues, both form the reception department and from the maintenance, didn't ignore your reques, it just took too much time to sort it out. I hope you can understand. Best regards

  Excellent Hotel in Monza

  Hotel was clean and convenient! There is parking downstairs. Just go to the gate and ring the reception desk. Breakfast buffet has large selection. Spacious lobby. Modern rooms with coffee machine.
