  If you really want to rest, stay somewhere else. Bad installations, Awful service and no care whatsoever. A/C just doesn’t work. Hotel seems from the 70’s and instead of using that and present it as “retro” they do their best to make you feel it should’ve been demolished in that decade. Really, worst nights ever!

  This hotel was absolutely horrible. The only good thing I can say about it is that it was located close to the Duomo and it had had a good breakfast. The staff was not interested in the Customer. They did not show any interest in helping the Customer. The rooms were horrible, horribly outdated. One carpet sinks that you had to use two hands to turn on the faucets. There were no safes in the room. Our shutters did not work actually crashed during the night so we could not block out any sunlight. What does The faucet they did not provide soap and asked for they did not provide any help with her air conditioner that did not work. They were homeless people camped outside the hotel even urinating on the column right outside the front door of the hotel. I will say they were able to call a cab for us from a unique system that seem to work well. While they advertised a restaurant in a bar, they did not have a restaurant. They did have a very small bar with four chairs in the breakfast room. The bartender who helped us the first night was very nice, but it was obviously That he was not used to making drinks for people. The rooms felt dirty, even though most people say they felt clean, but we did not feel like they were clean. The sheets were changed so I will give them that. The refrigerator door did not work. You could not close the closet doors. There was no safe in the room. They did the breakfast was good and they did provide free water bottles, which was very nice. We had to discover that on our own, we were not told that by the very unfriendly staff when we checked in. They advertise that they had valet parking. They did not they did not even have their own parking lot. You had to go three blocks down the street to park in a public parking deck. I will say as advertise this hotel is close to the Duomo and took some shopping mall areas, which is very nice. Yes they definitely need an update from the 1964 mid-century modern that has them been touched in 50 years. You will see from the pictures I posted how terrible the carpet is how terrible the bathroom is dents in the floor chrome worn off the sink and bathroom, faucets, and chairs that are broken and the came backing that had a whole limit that no hotel should have in a customer’s room. I would not recommend staying here at all particularly when you’re paying $400 a bike for this.

  The hotel is located in an excellent location, the reception is fast and friendly, the elevator is fast, and the rooms are clean but with old furniture and clean bed linen. Parking nearby for €15 per day. Excellent breakfast, it's the third time I've been in this hotel

  Hotel location is excellent, very close to the Duomo and shopping area, also 10 minutes walk to Sforza Castle. Clean, nice room, internet. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly. Easy to reach by metro. Very good for city brake. Recommended

  Excellent location, right behind the Duomo, 5 min walk to the metro and lots of restaurant options. Very large room, we had a twin, 2 single beds and a small sleeper sofa. Hotel has a lift which is very helpful with luggage. Lovely breakfast with takeaway cups for coffee!
