    Great location next to the main train station. We booked a room with the balcony over looking the station. Staff we excellent and spoke English. Room whilst small was clean and comfortable.

    Zero Empathy During a Crisis

    I couldn't reach Glam Milano because a sudden war broke out in my country, causing my flights to be immediately canceled. I understand I booked a non-refundable rate, but this was an extreme "force majeure" emergency.Unlike my cruise line and other hotels that showed great humanity and provided credits and full refunds, Glam Milano was completely rigid and unsympathetic.True hospitality requires basic empathy during extreme situations. If you ever face an unexpected emergency, do not expect any support from this hotel's management. Very disappointing.

    I often stay at this hotel — I love the location and the breakfasts are absolutely delicious.But this time I would like to give special thanks to Ilaria, who solved my room issue in the most wonderful way. As a gift, she upgraded me to a stunning room and made my entire stay even more comfortable and joyful.With this level of care and attention to guests, my loyalty to this hotel has only grown stronger.

    Very convenient for trains, Milano Centrale is 1 minute across, breakfast is good price on Level R and good servings, rooms are clean and the bed is comfy. Check in is 2pm, staff are amazing! If you go to Milan and need access to trains then stay here.

    Disappointing Experience – Not the Hotel Booked

    Rating: 1/5I booked Glam Milano Hotel for a 2-night stay from 15–17 December. I arrived early on 15 December at 10:30 AM and enquired about early check-in. I was informed that the room would only be available at 2:00 PM, which I accepted.As I had a pre-booked tour at 1:00 PM, I stored my luggage at Glam Milano and left. When I returned at 9:30 PM, instead of being given my room at Glam Milano, I was informed that I would be staying at Smart Hotel.This change was made without any prior notice or my consent. I specifically chose Glam Milano after reviewing Smart Hotel previously and deciding that its budget facilities were not suitable or conducive for my stay in Milan.Entering the Smart Hotel room was a very distressing experience for me, as it did not meet the standards, comfort, or expectations of the hotel I had originally booked and paid for.This experience caused significant disappointment and inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of transparency and failure to honour confirmed bookings.
