Location

Located in strategic position by the Tangenziale Ovest, the hotel is 10 km from the centre of Milan and 12 km from San Siro soccer stadium. It is also easy to reach the centre by bus or car, for shopping in the famous fashion shops, as well as visiting the museums, churches, theatres, the castle, the palace and parks of Milan. Furthermore, the hotel is only 20 minutes from Linate airport.

Facility

The hotel has 30 single rooms and 39 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     No control of your own air con!!!!

    Awful experience. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the views are basically car park spaces. Some staff are friendly and some are not. Rooms are basic (very) tatty and in need of work, but they are clean. The main issue is that the front desk have control of your air conditioning unit and the hotel system shuts it off over night or during the mornings. This is infuriating as I have to call down several times a day to have them manually work the air conditioning for me. It’s then limited to “cool” the room down to 23 degrees.. which isn’t enough. I wake up in the middle of the night in a 28 degree room sweating daily… this is hell. Restaurant: very basic food, only one member of staff and you’re lucky if you eat at the same time as your dining partner. I’d give this place a miss… certainly not 4 stars.. 1-2 stars would be more appropriate

    We stayed there for one night on an organised trip. It was a Sunday and only the supermarket below the hotel was open so we had no choice but to eat in the hotel. I paid £20 for a plain chicken breast and a plate of plain boiled vegetables, no potatoes. Personally I think this is way overpriced. Drinks at the bar were also very overpriced, most of us bought our own from the supermarket and drank in our rooms! Beware of the midges as well!

    Excellent accommodation and dining/bar area. Generally good food, only draw back being the hotels location - on a commercial estate not within walking distance of bars/restaurants etc. There was, however, alarge supermarket directly below the hotel.

    How can a receptionist be so unfriendly

    We stayed there for a couple of days during a conference held at the Humanitas Conference Center. The advantage of the hotel is the distance to the conference venue and the free shuttle. Or so we thought. We always booked the shuttle for the morning in the evening before and never got the transportation at the time wished. In addition, one of the receptionists was so unfriendly and had such bad manners that we really cannot recommend this hotel. He even slapped my credit card on the counter when I paid to show his disrespect.

    Average hotel in the midst of a commercial area. Shops and supermarkt nearby. Milan city center is close by. Rooms are okay. Diner and breakfast available. Fine for an overnight stay and as a departure point for visiting Milan
