This hotel is near Malpensa Airport. It is strategically located just 700 m away from highway A26 Genova Gravellona (exit Sesto Calende).     Good but too much Chineses

    Generally good, as i stay 5 nights, breakfast all long the same. First time in my life (55) ive pain in my back but it's me. But really, too much Chineses noisy from 5h30 in the morning for breakfast at 7am. Otherwise good location from my supplier premises. Only good item as restaurant is closed and you have to go out each evening to eat. Try antica osteria di Corgeno, a must in this area

    Booking made 3 months before arrival for 2 rooms. Arrived at 11am and told curtly to come back after 3pm. Did so only to be told that our rooms were no longer available and we had been transferred elsewhere. Again very nonchalant and unapologetic.Fortunately alternative provided was good although no evening meal option

    Had stayed here for work.Rooms are clean and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful.No outdoor area which is a shame but plenty places a short drive away.Good selection at breakfast and accommodated me well.

    Booked directly - no room!!!

    I booked directly with the hotel months before arrival. When I got there the men on reception said that they were fully booked and that I would have to stay at another hotel. I showed them my email confirmation from them but it meant nothing. I was traveling with a group and we wanted to stay together. Their attitude was disgraceful... simply fully booked and that was that. This hotel is no where near public transport and there are no taxis in the area. Probably fine if you have your own transport. So, there is no way that I can recommend this hotel to anyone. They really need to learn how to treat their customers properly.

    stayed here just for a night - the check in process was easy and the rooms were up to our satisfaction and clean. There were small satchels of toiletries in the bathroom and there was a lift to the upper floors. The breakfast was adequate - including hot & cold drinks, pieces of meat, eggs, bread, croissants etc. I would defi recommend anyone to stay here. The reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is due to the fact of the noise - because there are cars parked close to the rooms in the hotel and the rooms are not very soundproof, you can hear people leaving in the morning in their cars.
