    Very friendly staff and a lovely cat. Rooms are spacious and the AC unit did it's job for us. Bathroom cubicle is quite flimsy and "leaky", the whole thing gets wet after a shower. No hand towels are provided and you have nowhere to hang your towels. But you do get them changed each day, so that's a plus. You can hear noises from outside and the lobby quite clearly, so if you're a light sleeper that may be an issue, for us it wasn't too big. Overall a decent hotel for a decent price, perfectly fine for shorter stays.

    RUN. No buffet breakfast as they claim

    I had a booking there from June 21st- 24th, 2025 and was extremely disappointed (to put nicely). The major reason why I booked it in the first place was because they stated they served a buffet breakfast, but they don't. When we got checked in, the lady at the desk said that they only serve coffee, for a fee of course. I have previously worked in the hotel industry (and now in a travel agency) and I understand that things can change, but at least inform your guests if it does. There's no reason for you to not be upfront and honest with your guests. I read the fine print before booking, even my travel agent asked if I would like the buffet breakfast included before she booked this- so this is not for lack of not reading or missing something. It clearly states on their direct website and I can gladly provide a screenshot of this as proof that they lie about the breakfast to swindle you.I can also mention about the cat running around the "hotel" more like hostel as the bathrooms are shared, both men and women, and there is even no curtains for some at least some privacy between the shower and toilet etc... My aunt and I ended up dropping off our key at the desk the first night and looked for another hotel elsewhere- it was that bad. I am willing to overlook most of these things, but I will fight tooth and nail about the so called "buffet breakfast" you offer. Coffee for a fee is not a buffet breakfast sir/madam- it doesn't matter what country you are from. To the manager of the guest house, you should be careful who your guests are, because now I can tell anyone in the agency and clients alike who are travelling to Milan to stay away from your "hotel". I hope this becomes a lesson for you to be honest with your guests in the future.

    Hello!Please I need your attention in two emails that already sent and I haven’t received any answer of them. I’m contacting you because I stayed in your hotel last month (Nov 17 to Nov 18) and the system charged me the cost of the room at the moment to booked it (July 11) and in the moment to leave the hotel, I have a double charge in my credit card. Is it possible that you can check this transaction and reimburse me the money or cancel the transaction because I have a double charge for one night.Thank you very much.Regards!The hotel made a double charged in my credit card for 1 night in your hotel. please I need help!Thanks.

    Horrible experience in Milan be aware

    Hostel is not what we booked , we booked 2 star hotel but when we arrived we found 15 rooms sharing 2 bathrooms, all open with the same key which you have to pay to keep, it is a joke, we talked to hotels.com and they helped us to book another hotel . The irony that the hotel owner claims few untrue things, that he forced us to leave by calling the cops which is a joke because we got an allergic reaction to the cat which was following us to the room every time we open the door, the other claim that we stayed overnight which is not true because we went to a much better 4 star hotel will be happy to post the receipt. It is a shame that he is still able to find someone after all those bad reviews to stay at his apartment that is called a hotel, save time and money and find something better Andrea Farinacci, Proprietario at Guest House Pirelli, responded to this review Here is the umpteenth judgment you leave on all the portals. As I have already done on all the portals, I will contest you and tell the truth.You have booked 2 rooms with shared external bathroom in a guest house ( no hotel ) .You entered an invalid credit card, you did not communicate your arrival time.We have contacted you to find out your arrival time and ask you for information about the credit card that you had made invalid.You have arrived at the facility where a beautiful battus of ours lives, well indicated on all portals, there are photos and reviews that appreciate our cat Leo.From the start you ignorantly made stories about the cat .. that you did not tolerate cats .. Then on the type of shared external bathroom chosen, we also showed you the reservation made by her ..We showed you that you had booked and it was all clear if you would read. Even the photos you have published in the booking description say (shared external bathroom) Guest house ..But obviously you can't argue with ignorance.. You claimed to be right and still today.In fact we called the police to have one of your members sent away who was altered and threatened to beat us .. Perhaps we use cusi .. there is no civilization .Our accommodation works and will continue to work because there are intelligent people who know and read what they book and leave us positive reviews .. Unfortunately there are people like you who, for pure fun or for not wanting to accept that they have made a mistake, play the victims by muddying the structures ..     Don’t get deceived by the pictures posted by the owner this is not a hotel not even motel do your homework

    Prior to even arriving to the hotel, the manager contacted us and threatened to cancel the reservation after we had already told him our arrival time. He was very aggressive and rude with us. The hotel is not as described online or by the owners. We were told by the manager that the room had its OWN bathroom - however upon arrival, we found out that we a shared bathroom with everyone on the floor with us (which is about 5 or more rooms!). They have a stray cat that roams around the entire hotel and your room. They do not let you keep your OWN hotel room key, if you want the key for yourself so they don’t go into your room while YOU ARE NOT ON THE PREMISE - there is a charge of 30€ and can go upwards. The room smells so bad, there is no circulation in the room and everything that is written that we get with the room is incorrect - there is no LCD TV, no remote for the TV, no kettle, the beds are so uncomfortable, the windows don’t even open and the balcony door is nonfunctional. The breakfast is also just cereal that you can buy yourself from the grocery store.If you have allergies this is a no no place dusty stuffy cat all over your stuff and room .
