    Had a 2 night stay here and I would return. It’s very close to the airport and has plenty of parking - we were in our own car but understand that there is an airport shuttle - although according to some guests there is a slight walk to the shuttle stop. It feels like it’s in a weird location - close to Malpensa airport, industrial units, random open spaces and houses. Greeted as Diamond member at check in. Chose points as my welcome amenity and because we had to queue the receptionist gave us 2 x drinks vouchers also. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we had a king sized bed which is unusual for an Express. Shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. Second night we used our drinks vouchers and the barman said he’d bring over a complimentary snack - a large plate of crisps, peanuts and tarallini. 5 minutes later he appeared with 4 slices of pizza - we did say we couldn’t eat it as we had dinner booked at a local restaurant so he took it away. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh choices including eggs and bacon as well as the usual continental selections. Didn’t have dinner in the hotel as we walked around 10 minutes to a fantastic restaurant, Samarcanda - the food was so good we went back there on our second night.

    I stayed only for 1 nightRoom was cleanRoom has a kettle and coffee making facilities Staffs are friendlyHotel is basic meant for quick in and out stayIf you were to get a shuttle from malpensa airport the hotel stops quite far and you need to walk for approx 10-15 mins the airport taxis mostly didn’t want to take you there for it is nearFriendly staffs at breakfast

    Had a pleasant stay here overnight for an early night. A taxi from the airport was 10.50 euro but there is a free shuttle which is has a stop 5 min walk from the hotel and runs approx every 15 mins most of the day (but check the schedule in the hotel). The hotel run a shuttle for a charge too but I think it worked out more expensive than the taxi but check this. Very easy and convenient getting to the airport which is 10 mins drive max.The room was clean, comfortable and pretty basic but all we needed. Breakfast started at 5am so we were too early leaving but were offered a breakfast bag to take away, we didn’t take one though.

    Pleasant hotel. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Reception easy and the staff were nice and helpful.Bar to relax in the evening.Breakfast was very good, although the scrambled egg was rather soggy and not warm enough. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here.Main drawback is access between the hotel and Malpensa Airport if you're using public transport. There's a half-hourly shuttle from the terminals to the hotel, plus a more frequent free shuttle bus between the two airport terminals which has a bus stop near the hotel, poorly-signed, about 5 minutes' walk away. Best to clarify in advance with the hotel how to get there if you don't have a car and want to avoid the price of a taxi. The hotel responded helpfully to my request for information about this.
