  Avoid! Not Accessible! Dated!

  Avoid !!Avoid!!Avoid!!This hotel is NOT accessible!! There are steps at the entrance. There’s supposedly a ramp at the side of the steps but the incline is too steep and there’s no space to get onto or off it, with large glass windows at each end. The lift is tiny… 1 person tiny and the wheelchair would only fit if it was completely collapsed! The rooms are dated and the air conditioning doesn’t work. The evening receptionist put new meaning into the word rude!Only advantage is it’s near to several forms of local transport

  Terrible location don’t go out after dark it is very scary.Hotel staff need to make their paying customers welcome.Room was terrible bed hard as rock, pillow horrible, bathroom and bedroom need updating. Walls thin could hear the people in the next room.The amount they charge for their rooms is too high and their taxes also very high it is usually per night not per person per night so they rip you off.   The worst and most dangerous experience

  It is located in the worst area of Milan. You cannot go out after 6pm. The hotel is old and the room wasn't properly cleaned. Also the heating system was malfunctioning.Please, be aware of it's location.   Nice little hotel a short tram ride from Milan city center

  Location was easy to find, only a short tram ride away from the center of Milan, and with ample local amenities. The hotel itself was clean and tidy with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff on reception were able to converse in English and were pleasant and eager to help.The room itself was perfectly serviceable. The bed was comfy, although a couple of extra pillows would've been nice. The fridge provided in the room was a nice touch, however the safe was locked with no way to use it. Also the window had a roller shutter without a handle or any obvious way to hold open - so it was permanently closed for us.Worth noting the tea & coffee provided in the room - there was no milk (UHT or otherwise), and only camomile and green teas. We had to bring our own tea bags and buy milk which we stored in the room's fridge. English Breakfast tea and milk was however available at breakfast.The breakfast (which was included in the room price when booking direct) was fine - a typical continental offering of pastries, breads, meats, and cheese. Warm offering was limited to some bacon and hard-boiled eggs, which was fine.Ultimately a nice little hotel - would recommend staying here if you're planning to visit Milan.

  A Welcoming Stay at Hotel Berlino

  I stayed at Hotel Berlino during my visit to Milan and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The hotel is a short bus ride from Milan Central Station, making it easy to reach and well-connected. The reception staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily with fresh towels something I really appreciated. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job keeping the hotel fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with a good variety of options. I especially liked the hot choices, grilled bacon pieces and boiled eggs, which made it easy to start the day with a warm sandwich and drink.Everyone at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and welcoming. I definitely recommend Hotel Berlino to anyone visiting Milan. You won’t be disappointed.
