  Nicely located hotel in a quiet area of Milan but in walking distance to the major sites (30 mins ) . The rooms and bathrooms are small and compact but have everything you need, the bed was not great it had a very cheap mattress that was so uncomfortable we had little sleep. The decor is a bit black and grey in the room . Cleanliness was good, breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely . Some nice bars and restaurants nearby.

  Lovely stay in a perfect location

  We had a wonderful stay in this hotel during our stay in Milan, and one of the highlights was the incredible service provided by Rosa at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly at home. Rosa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed; whether it was offering spot-on local recommendations, helping us find specific places, or simply greeting us each day with genuine warmth. She was efficient, thoughtful, and incredibly well informed and more like having a personal version of Google and even better right at the reception. Rosa is a real asset to the hotel, and thanks to her, our Milan experience was even more memorable.The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a few meters from a metro station, making it very easy to access all the main city attractions. It’s also situated in a safe and elegant area, close to Milano Centrale station, but in a much quieter and more pleasant neighborhood than the immediate surroundings of the central station.Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, better than what we experienced in hotels in other parts of Italy, with good variety and quality. The room was also very clean and well maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay.Highly recommend for both location and service - especially if Rosa is there! Thank you so much Rosa..   The hotel is about an out from the airport. The bus is only 10 euros to get there. Metro 2 minute walk. Bus and train station 10 minute walk. Staff knowledgable. 25 minute walk to the Duoma. Shops nearby. Breakfast could be a bit better. Clean nice hotel.

  Well located, quality hotel

  We normally stay at the Unahotels Galles in Milan but had seen this hotel close by and decided to give it a go. The Napoleon is well located, about 10 or 1 minutes walk from Milano Centrale railway station, about 20 minutes walk to the Duomo or 4 stations by Metro and the Metro Lima station is only a minutes walk from the hotel. This hotel is also 2 minutes walk to Coso Buenos Aires, a major shopping street. Opposite the hotel is a great pizza restaurant frequented by locals and just along the street, about 70 metres is a great craft beer pub! My favourite street bar in Milan, the Cin Cin Bar is also only about 2 or 3 minutes walk away. Check-in was easy. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Not sure how best to describe the decor of this hotel but modern 'bling' might be about right. Glossy black and silver design all over even in the rooms. Like being in a perpetual nightclub. However it was very clean, there was safe in the room, a coffee machine and an additional kettle with coffee/tea etc. Nice toileteries, hairdryer, comfortable bed, stocked fridge, good wifi and sufficient plug points. Breakfast was the usual Italian continental style. A good variety of cold meats and cheeses, breads, croissants, rolls, pastries, cereals, fruit juice as well as pancakes, waffles, scrambled egg, boiled eggs and bacon. The cappucino was also nice.Would I return? Yes I would if the Napopleon's prices were significantly cheaper than the Unahotels Galles, otherwise I prefer the latter.

  Beautiful boutique hotel.

  Beautiful boutique hotel in a smart and quiet neighbourhood of this busy city. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful especially Gabriel nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was great. Lots of good bars and restaurants close by as is a convenient metro station. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel my only comment would be that due to staff shortages the hotel bar was closed. 4.5/5
