Facility

2 junior suites, 14 single rooms and 65 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas.     The hotel was immaculate throughout, and our studio was ideal; spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. This trip was very last minute, so I arrived feeling quite unprepared and slightly embarrassed that I only knew a few random Italian words, but the staff were so approachable, patient, and happy to explain everything to me.What stood out most was how attentive and understanding the staff were towards my son, who has disabilities that are not immediately obvious. It meant so much to feel genuinely supported and welcomed during our stay.The location was perfect for what we came for, and we found the local people to be warm and welcoming too.I especially want to thank Penny at reception. On our final taxi journey to the airport, we accidentally left a small bag behind in the taxi. I immediately called the hotel, and Penny went above and beyond to help us work out which taxi company it was. After several calls between us and the company, she managed to arrange for the bag to be returned. I honestly could not believe how much she did for my son and me, especially considering we had already checked out. Her kindness and selflessness made a very stressful situation so much easier.Thank you again to everyone for such a memorable stay.     Hotel is clean, breakfast was ok~ weather was very warm & thought it would be nice with the aircon on, nope there is no air coming from it, when asked was told it was too warm for it to work, thats the 1st Ive heard that, they offered us a fan which we agreed to only to find on our last night they had came into our room & removed it, I dont expect them to enter our room when we are not there, thought this was out of order, looks like they gave it too someone else, disgusting behaviour. hotel is only a few km from the main town which can be accessed by tram, there is not a lot to do around the hotel & ard to find somewhere to eat there, there is a pizza place right outside but doesnt open till 7pm you are better hopping on the tram to head to the town which has hundreds of eating places Hotel Nasco, Altro at Hotel Nasco, responded to this review Dear Mrs. Dowds,We're very sorry. It was indeed a difficult weekend because it suddenly got very hot, and we realized that part of the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We had to wait until the following week to fix it. There's a truly wide selection of restaurants, some open all day, and a beautiful pedestrian square full of cafes and restaurants too.     I’ve stayed here before . Absolutely a lovely 4* Milan hotel . Reception from start to finish perfect . Lovely room clean & spacious . Cleaned daily by a lovely caring housekeeper .
