Very nice Hotel in Zara neighborhood of Milan, convenient to transportation

This is a lovely small hotel situated in the Zara neighborhood of Milan. The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the a metro and street car lines making it easy to get around Milan from this base. Though the location is convenient to transit, providing access to the marvels of Milan, I found the location to be a quiet respite. The hotel staff are welcoming and helpful, providing personalized service. The rooms are comfortable, providing a comfortable bed, small refrigerator, excellent water pressure. My room was on the 3rd floor on a corner, so lots of light with good room darkening curtains. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, a variety of really good offerings. I recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced stay when visiting Milan.

Easily locatedFrom metro . Great communication. Safe and clean. One of the best breakfasts we had on our trip- Delicious and varied. Beautiful gardens within walking distance. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Helpful getting taxis . Be aware there are 3 airports in Milan so important to know if you are flying in or out of Milan. We got to Milan Linate Airport in rain during traffic in about 30 minutes from hotel. We also booked a chef dinner with Chef Francesco in Mercato Isola which was a 4 minute walk and delightful. Milan is beautiful. Also some wonderful markets near the hotel if you need to pick up items .

The hotel doesn’t look so good on the outside but it’s great if you are looking for a good and affordable stay in Milano (specially in the high season).The room was small but perfect if you are staying all day out and just coming back to sleep.Breakfast was decent! Location was good, as Milano could be a little bit tricky. Near to a mini market.

Location next to the Zara metro stop was terrific (especially for a person with a serious deficit in directional skills). Lots of food choices near the hotel. The linens were good and the room was clean. Nice to have a kettle and bar fridge.Reception staff were lovely including printing off train reservations for me (Swiss and Italian lines really want see your reservation printed if you are using a Eurail Pass). The staff at the breakfast were great too with a range of cereals, pastries, meats etc. and coffee made to order with a smile.

The hotel has nice rooms and a very gentle staff.We have great breakfast, with a lot of variety in food, to start our days.Exploring Milan can be done from a good location, because the hotel is easily accessible by metro from the heart of the city.
