The reception staff are all very kind and helpful, going that extra mile to be of assistance when needed.Our room was really spacious, very clean, and included everything we needed, complete with a mini-fridge.The bathroom was very clean as well.Location is a nice neighbourhood with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, where you can join locals for shopping and eating out.Perfect sleep at night despite being located on a large avenue, viale Leonardo da Vinci, which provides a nice and energetic city traffic view in the morning :)Breakfast was also much better this time, with larger and tastier croissants (or perhaps it's just change in our perception? :) )Regarding points for improvement; nothing serious in my view, just parts of the property look a bit dated and may need renovation.Plus, a handheld showerhead instead of -or along with- the fixed one in the bathroom could be helpful.

Fantastic host and a top money value hotel

First time of my son on school educational and cultural visit to Milan; location is excellent for reaching siteseeing spots and city center. Rooms nice, top clean and very good breakfast; The hotel's personnel always very prompt to provide information and guidance with a smile on their face, combined to a very professional attitude while.... demonstrating immense patience with teenagers. Bravo! This hotel is a top money value!

Rooms let the overall hotel down

Really comfy bed but very dated rooms. My room was too hot and quite dark, but that’s less of an issue if you’re out all day. Breakfast was good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants early. It’s no more than a 3 out of 5.

We are thrilled! Kindly staff, great breakfast and what makes me the most important clean room and comfortable bed! A real paradise for relaxation, and a good connection to the Milan center. We're back on the first occasion.

We stayed here one night while in Milan for a concert. Location is handy with a car (I don't know for public transport, I was by car), even though the area itself is not much interesting for wandering around on foot.Rooms are a bit dated but well-kept. Breakfast is varied and OK.Kind staff, and good price for the night.
