    A nice hotel located in a perfect location. Not far from the attractions of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is good and there is parking space if you are traveling by car.

    BEDBUGS! Avoid!

    We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights last month. Location was fine for us and breakfast was good. However, there were insects which scuttled out from under the shower and the bedding was very odd- more a sheet wrapped around the duvet (which kept coming off) than an actual duvet cover. The worst thing however was the extensive bites I got - all over my arms and the top of my back. So much so that when I got home I ended up in urgent care and on antibiotics. The staff at the hospital felt that they were likely to be bedbug bites - I have never been so itchy in my life! 3 weeks later, they are still healing. I emailed the hotel and they suggested it may be a food allergy…… AVOID this hotel at all costs!

    This is our second day in this hotel, everything was fine until I used the bathroom for 5 minutes and the bath water flowed from the bathtub into the room and the floor and all the things on the floor got wet. The first night I informed the lady working at the reservation and they were supposed to fix the problem with the maintenance staff, but this did not happen and again after 3 minutes of my son's bath the floor was covered with bath water again, only the things did not get wet again. It is really painful to pay so much for a hotel with this situation... I will definitely contact the insurance company about this as soon as I return to the Netherlands.

    I specifically chose this hotel as I wanted one with a swimming pool. Unfortunately, they charge you extra to use the pool - something I have never experienced when staying at a hotel! And it's not cheap... the car parking is also a nightmare, as you have to get your ticket validated every time you want to exit and there's often a long queue at reception. The restaurant/room service is only open for limited hours, so if you're hungry at 6pm you'll have to wait an hour and a half to order. Overall, I was underwhelmed and would not recommend this hotel.

    Do not stay here if you are after a Milan city break. It is around a 45 minute tram ride into the city in a very rough area. Most of the hotel staff were unfriendly and unwilling to help with room problems unless you kicked up a massive fuss. We had problems with air conditioning not turning off so the room was absolutely freezing 24/7 which led to sleepless nights. When we asked the receptionist to fix this issue we were turned away multiple times saying they would deal with it. They did not deal with it after several complaints until late at night we refused to go back to the room until they fixed the issue or we moved rooms. Suddenly with us refusing to leave the reception they magically were able to fix it instantly!! The hotel during the night was very noisy with banging and toilet flushing from other rooms. The bathroom door in our room didn’t close as it was bashed up, there was scuff marks on the walls and a mark in the shape of a foot on the beds headboard which was stained. The pool area you had to pay for and from what we could see it was almost always in the shade. We certainly won’t return to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend to others.
