    Think twice about this hotel- extremely poor hospitality

    Extremely awful experience with owner angeloI stayed at this hotel for nearly three months (January to mid-March), so this review reflects a long-term guest’s experience — not a one-night visit.Toward the end of my stay, I sent a pair of pants to the hotel’s laundry service. When I asked for them back, staff could not locate them. Mistakes happen — but how a business handles a mistake reveals far more than the mistake itself.Rather than acknowledging the loss clearly, apologizing, or offering any explanation, the owner simply asked how much the pants cost, then threw €400 on the table and told me to take it and leave.That is not customer service. That is not hospitality. A sincere apology and basic respect cost nothing, yet neither was offered. If this is how management responds to a complaint — with cash thrown at a guest and a dismissal — it reflects poorly on the standards of this establishment.I would strongly recommend future guests think twice before trusting this place with their belongings or expecting professional hospitality. They clearly lack it.I would not return, and I cannot recommend it.

    I have no idea how it has four stars. We stayed there for four days. The area is not central, however you can get the tram 14 to duomo in 20 minutes. The room was small and a bit old fashioned, as well as the bathroom. However it was warm and very clean.

    Poor value for money!

    This hotel is extremely debilitated. I paid Eur1,200 and the bathroom is very small, with noisy and broken plumbing. The “included” breakfast female host was openly irritated when i asked for a second cappuccino! I barely ate the food as it was cold and unappetizing, and there is no room service.Upon arriving, although i gad stipulated a non-smoking room due to allergies, was provided a room that wreaked of cigarettes. This set of my respiratory ailment and I was giving another room without apology.The area is unsafe for solo females and taxi drivers from Milano Centrale train station had never heard of the hotel. You nay also need to provide address.Refer to pictures.

    Unacceptable conduct and subpar accommodations at the hotel.

    Upon our early arrival at approximately 1:30 PM, we kindly inquired about the possibility of an early check-in due to my wife feeling unwell after our flight. Regrettably, our request was denied and the standard check-in process was also delayed. We encountered a lack of customer service skills and empathy from the staff, particularly from receptionist Cristina, whose unhelpful attitude was noted. Additionally, there was an incident with another receptionist who wore glasses during the evening shift, displaying rude behavior towards me and disrespect towards my wife. I am deeply troubled by the conduct of these individuals who are employed as receptionists. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with their unprofessional behavior.

    Visited in February Our room on the 5th floor had no air conditioning. We might as well have stayed in a sauna - impossible to sleep over night The Reception was extremely dismissive rude and unhelpful when we complained and offered no alternative/solutions Very disappointing
