Location

The hotel lies directly opposite Milan central train station, the airport bus terminal, and the metro. Grattacielo Pirelli, Piazza della Repubblica and Porta Nuova are also all within 1 km of the hotel. Piazza del Duomo in the city centre is 10 min away on public transport. Linate Airport is approximately 15 km from the hotel and Malpensa Airport is around 50 km away.

69 non-smoking rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Good hotel. Relatively new and clean. Rooms are small as is shower. Breakfast is good for a 4 star hotel. Close to metro and Milan Centrale which is great. Roof top bar - is ok - but expensive and they prioritize groups over hotel guests. Front reception staff friendly and helpful as were all the room cleaners. Definitely giving a go if you want to be near Centrale. Only 4 stops to the Dumo via train. Ask for higher room floor to avoid any noise

    Milan’s Hidden Gem.

    Where do we start? From the moment we arrived at Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), everything felt easy and convenient. We took the 55-minute train ride to Milano Centrale Station and simply walked across the street to the hotel. Even with luggage, the walk was effortless thanks to the flat grounds and smooth cobblestone/brick pavers. There are Uber and taxi services available right outside the station, but honestly, you’ve probably walked farther at Buc-ee’s.Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Check-in was quick and easy, and thankfully our room was already available. Even if yours isn’t ready, the hotel securely stores your luggage so you can immediately start exploring the city stress-free.The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of closet space for hanging clothes, along with additional drawers and cubbies for storage. The bathroom featured a toilet, bidet, and a large standing shower. Toiletries and slippers were provided, which was a nice touch. One of the best surprises? The refrigerator is stocked daily and completely complimentary. Bottled water is also available at the front desk.Transportation around Milan was simple. The front desk can arrange taxis, and we used taxi service throughout our stay, averaging about €11–€15 per ride. If you need a taxi, I highly recommend using the ItTaxi app or simply asking a hotel or restaurant to call one for you—it’s much easier than waiting in a taxi line.Now let’s talk about breakfast… wow. The selection is incredible, with an abundance of options for every taste. The sweets buffet alone is worth seeing, and the fresh juicing machine was a fantastic bonus. Of course, there’s also excellent coffee and tea available.Dinner at LIQUID Rooftop was both convenient and enjoyable. They offer happy hour specials, and on Thursdays there’s live music, which created a great atmosphere for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.The staff truly made this stay exceptional. There are too many wonderful people to mention individually, but every interaction felt welcoming and attentive. Everyone genuinely seemed dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and cared for.Rooms are serviced daily, and the hotel also features a mini spa area that was perfect after long days exploring the city. The spa includes a large jacuzzi (fits up to 10 but limited to 4 guests at a time) with jets and a waterfall feature, along with a hot stone sauna, showers, and an ice machine. It was the perfect place to relax and soak our tired feet at the end of the day.Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, convenience, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again.

    My friend and I stayed here for two weeks, in a double room with two twin beds. The room was small but not cramped, with room for us to move around. The bathroom was roomy, with a small shower stall and sufficient counter space on both sides of the sink. Wi-Fi in the room was good.The room had typical coffee and tea making facilities. There was a mini fridge, and the hotel provided complimentary beverages (juice, plain and carbonated water) and snack packs (wafers, crackers, raisin-nut mixture) which were replenished daily. The hotel also provided a free welcome drink (coffee or prosecco).The breakfast buffet had one of the largest selections I’ve seen. Cold cereals, several kinds of eggs and frittatas, hams, salamis, cheeses, vegetables (raw and cooked, as well as mixed with chicken or rice or pasta), yoghurt, fruit (cut and whole), cakes and pastries, and more.The front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staffs were all friendly.The hotel is conveniently located about a block from the Central railway station and two metro lines. We found several nice restaurants within a 15-minute walk.This isn’t a luxury hotel (although they do have a spa, which I didn’t use), but I give it five stars for being one of the best I’ve ever stayed in at this price point.
