    The hotel is nice, clean and modern, amd the staff very friendly and helpful and they upgraded me to suite.The main thing I didn't like is the noise, no sound proof between the rooms, I stayed 3 nights and I was hearing the rooms above, under and next to my room.The location is in nice area and close to 3 stops to Ceneral station and 7 stops to Dumo.If you like quite sleep don't stay here.

    Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located close to the metro m3 line which then makes it easy to get around all the usual sight seeing locations. The hotel itself was well presented, quirky and modern. The rooms look a lot bigger on the photos so initially I was a little surprised. I found the rooms lacked storage. There was one rail and 6 hangers, there was a huge waste of space below this and there could have easily been some shelves or further storage as 6 hangers between 2 people for a 4 night stay isn’t enough. The rooms are clearly meant to be modern and minimalistic but they haven’t thought much about clothes storage.The tv was disappointing. Every city break I’ve been on so far, the tv has an option for streaming your own content wirelessly from a device. Or logging into apps. This had nothing. Bed was comfortable, aircon was fine, bathroom was decent.Booked to include breakfast, which was good.

    The location is perfect for the M3 metro for travelling around. There are restaurants and supermarkets close by. The rooms were clean. The hotel is on a main road so can get loud. Our slight issues are we couldn't work the air con so had to leave the door/window open all night. Air con instructions would have been useful. The beds are super comfy but the pillow was flat. Another pillow would have made it better. Overall we was super happy with the hotel for our mini break!

    Great hotel and location but experience RUINED as charged twice by the hotel and 8 weeks later still chasing a refund!Be careful and check your bank statement.

    Friendly staff and such a great hotel! Very easy to get to and is nearby the main tourist places. You have a train station nearby and only 10 minutes away from Central Station. Only downside is the noise level from other guests. I highly recommend!
