Location

This hotel is conveniently situated close to Milan's Malpensa airport and the centre of the city of fashion. The centre of Gallarate is located around 1 kilometre from the hotel. Como and Lago Maggiore are both easily reached from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 40 rooms, including 15 single rooms, located in two 6-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent.     Good value hotel within easy reach of Milan and Malpensa airport

    Having read some of the other reviews of this hotel in this page, I was very surprised. I don't have any complaints about this hotel - quite the contrary, I found it very pleasant and conveniently located. It is within easy walking distance of the railway station, which is itself within about 30 minutes travel of both Milan city centre and Malpensa airport. It is also relatively close to several of the lakes.The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. My room was clean and comfortable,and had good facilities. The hotel even had an outdoor pool (approximately 15 metres long) where I was able to enjoy a couple of decent swims.The breakfast was decent value for 9 Euros, with cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juices, scrambled eggs, cheese, various breads and pastries, plus unlimited tea or coffee.The only downside I could really think of was that the TV only seemed to have Italian channels (although one of them went over to French news late at night).All in all, I found it good value for money and well located.     The room had a bunkbed which did not have a railing and could not be used due to the danger of someone falling off. There was also a loud banging noise in the morning that surely woke everyone up. Find a better hotel or just stay in Milan.     This is a decent two star hotel, nothing more. The room was clean. The neighborhood looks rundown. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but there was mold in the tub. Temperature in the room was not adjustable, but in the lobby it was freezing. Wear layers. The breakfast was what you would expect from a two star hotel. Fine but very limited. This might’ve been a nice hotel 30 years ago. As for breakfast, the image you shared shows only what you personally selected, but the buffet actually offers much more, as clearly displayed in the many photos published online and on site. We would also like to point out that all our rooms are in the process of being fully renovated through a significant investment, which is also communicated via signage in the elevators and in the lobby.We are always open to dialogue and constructive feedback and are more than willing to address any concerns directly with our guests.     Great Hotel, better receptionist, and solid late-night coffee :)

    I got stuck last second in Gallarate due to a cancelled train and would've spent a several hours between 1 and 7 AM stuck on the platform, i was having technical issues as well with my data and couldn't book anything properly, room or new train, the receptionist (Daniel, thank you so much for helping!! you were a life-saver) let me charge my devices, gave me a solid espresso helped me book a room and get my schedule back on track :)couldnt reccomend it enough :) Jet Hotel Gallarate, Owner at Jet Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western, responded to this review Dear Guest,thank you so much for your wonderful words!     The hotel was very pleasant and cozy. The hotel staff, especially the man around 55 years old with glasses, were very friendly and helpful. They offered us a taste of prosecco, which was delicious. Perhaps the only downside was that the pool could have been cleaner, but overall the facilities were very good! The spritz cost 5€, could it be better than that?
