  No milk and coffee available in room. Front desk excused that they had a busy day, also don't provide milk with tea. Not sure he knows what's going on.

  Incredibly helpful staff - saved us when our airline delayed our connecting flight

  After an awful experience with our airline, causing us to miss our connecting flight and no flights home for 2 days we desperately needed a hotel ASAP at 10PM on a Friday. Luckily, we were able to check in to this lovely hotel not far from the airport with no problems at all. The receptionists were very polite and understanding of our situation and helped us book taxis to and from the airport.The room was clean with good facilities, fridge and comfy bed, it was a great bonus to have breakfast included in the morning. There inst much around the area but we were able to walk to a near by town and went to a brilliant restaurant called Harry's Bar, amazing for authentic Pizza!I would like to give a 5 star review to Alex and Melissa. I had forgot to get a receipt for the taxi, needed for my airline delay expenses. They were able to track down the taxi company for me, I am extremely grateful for their help and being able to stay here when our airline let us down. Highly recommend and would stay again.

  Only for business , avoid stay at weekends

  All food here ,spacious room , good amenities , car park right upto your room , and great location of you plan to have meetings within the industrial area next door.But one big advise to all is in case you dont have a car then DO NOT stay here over a weekend. None of the restaurants either close by or within are open thanks to the Italians taking the day off on Sunday .At the suggestion of the receptionist (the only soul in sight ) I downloaded the deliveroo app and ordered food for my lunch since it was late and also expensive just to take a cab to get to town centre The good side was I was able to get down to finishing my incomplete work and get some quite rest.Although in the evening I did fall into the temptation of taxiing up to the Town centre and have a drink .Breakfast was average but hey , at the price I paid it could be a treat .!Nothing to complain

  Stayed here on a business trip. The room was spacious, clean and the shower was good. Bed was very comfortable.Breakfast is a little unusual if you're a Brit, but there were croissant, rolls, cheese, ham and yogurt. Fresh coffee on offer too.The restaurant is good. They appear to be renowned for their pizza and we noticed quite a busy local trade, which is always a good sign.Only downside, mosquitoes - loads of pine trees in grounds, which are very attractive but I understand mozzies love them. I did get bitten, despite the Jungle Formula.Wouldn't recommend for a weeks holiday because its not near enough to visitor sites, but as a touring stopover - great.

  Stayed overnight after travelling on a cold rainy day late October, the room was freezing cold, asked twice for some heat, told use the extra blanket in cupboard, 12degrees is ridiculous not the have heating on. the dinner offer did not seem appealing so thought they surely can do a decent pizza, how wrong can you get it was soggy and the supposed Italian sausage on it looked like dog meat and was raw inside, spent a sleepless night as walls between the rooms are paper thin, you do not need the to hear the next rooms ablutions. To add further insult no hot water to shower in the morning. The breakfast was very poor, do avoid this hotel although the reports on the website we booked with praised it, I am sure that they are not true comments from guests, we will certainly take this up with them.
