  I booked the hotel as I thought I was travelling into Garibaldi but we came into Centrale so it was a bit of a hike. The hotel is situated in Chinatown and within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hotel was lovely with a bar/restaurant, the room was excellent with a huge bed, we stayed here two nights and the room was made up for us after night one.Did an uber from the hotel back to Centrale which cost around €9 and was worth the experience of Italian driving 🙂Would use again when travelling

  Not a great hotel, very dated decor. The decent standard smart tv was rendered useless as there was no WiFi in the room, (it only appears available in public areas). The main light in the room was broken and despite reporting this to reception and someone coming to the room to look at it the light was never fixed. House keeping seemed reasonable but we could not see due to no decent lighting. On the upside the bed was quite comfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was good with reasonable choice. The area, being in Chinatown is very vibrant with many food outlets selling a good variety of Chinese dishes.   Room cleaning could increase value for money even further

  Leonardo hotels always have this “good old times” - style: fabric wallpaper, heavy curtains, dark wood furniture etc. It tends to look a little worn out, especially if the room is not well cleaned. Ours was dusty on all of the shelfs, in the niches and corners, the bathroom developing dark stains in the shower area already. A little more cleaning could help to improve value for money even further - even at prices starting with 130 Euro per night in the center of Milan which is not too bad.   Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!

  I stayed here in May 2025 and it was a disaster. The room (a suite) was freezing, and despite reporting it, no solution was offered. My husband and I ended up avoiding the room all day (even though we had work to do) and had a sleepless night.The next day, I requested another room, hoping it would be warmer. The new room was much smaller and, to my shock, when I checked out I was still charged the full price for the suite without any adjustment. On top of that, the hygiene in both rooms was appalling, showing clear signs of neglect and visible traces left by previous guests. The worst part? The hotel never bothered to respond to any of my numerous emails - so I hope they don’t dare to reply with a standard apology here.Save yourself the trouble and pick another hotel in Milan.
