    IF YOU WANT A BAD EXPERIENCE BOOK HERE!

    If you want a horrible experience book here! Rude staff! Not helpful at all got a list of things wrong with this awful hotel! First thing is my company had booked a room with a TWIN BED and when I entered the room there was the smallest single bed I’ve ever seen! And when I went to speak to reception about it they had told me that the bed WAS a twin bed I was in disbelief as there is no way two people could fit on that bed! The fridge wasn’t even on and no mini bar or waters which I was happy to pay for. There was only a kettle no tea or coffee which I found mad! My colleague needed to get changed for an event and we were close to this hotel so I said use my room they wouldn’t let him in so he had to get changed in the downstairs toilet felt so embarrassed will def be complaining to my company to see if they can get some sort of refund I NEVER wrote reviews like ever felt like I had to for this experience and hearing the people next door even just coughing was so loud!

    Fresh clean hotel. Worth a stay!

    Double room with ensuite on second floor.Yes, not the biggest room BUT perfectly adequate. Enough room for our stuff and for changing, etc. Bathroom was small but not a problem using everything. Excellent, helpful staff. Basic breakfast but 6 euros for juice, coffee and 2 croissants was great to just start the day. Location brilliant - a couple of minutes to some good eateries and 10 mins walk to the Duomo.Very clean room and bedding. No sign of problems mentioned by others!!

    During our recent stay, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Upon check-in, we discovered the elevator was out of service, forcing us to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. The breakfast, which was not included in the room rate, was disappointing and lacked variety.In the evening, I went to the front desk to request two wine glasses. The clerk informed me that glasses were not available due to concerns about breakage and surveillance cameras, which I found surprising given the minimal cost of standard glassware. When I asked for an alternative, such as juice glasses, the request was also denied, and I was offered paper cups instead. Frustrated, I expressed my dissatisfaction, only to be told that due to my "attitude," even the paper cups would not be provided. Ultimately, I was refused any type of cup or glass to take to our room.Having traveled extensively in the aviation industry, I have never experienced such a refusal at a hotel. While I understand we booked this hotel on short notice due to limited options with two beds, the overall experience felt subpar and geared toward cutting costs at the expense of guest satisfaction. Regrettably, we will not return and recommend others consider alternative accommodations.

    Experience of hell in Milan!

    Issues with our room led to a stay of hell. The TV was broken and we ask the front desk to check it for us. He dismissed the issue said that was nothing he could do and left. Loud noise outside due to the ventilation system, especially if you are on the first floor. Next morning I find a roach in the bathroom. I requested the manager to change rooms first thing in the following morning due to all these issues. He was extremely rude saying that I was the one who has brought the roach to the room (Yes, that was he excuse, and he said it while smirking!). He said he wouldn’t move us to another room that the only reason I was complaining was because I didn’t like the room (Yes, I don’t like when I pay a lot of money to stay in a room full of issues and with a roach!). As I was trying to explain the issues in the room, he was repeatedly cutting me, yelling and talking over me whenever I would say something to shut me up and not solve the issues. As I tried to match his behavior, he got aggressive and said (yelling) that I should leave his hotel, that he didn’t want a guest like me in his hotel (what kind of manager says this to a customer) and that I should contact Booking.com for a refund. I’ve spent the whole morning trying to contact Booking, but the internet in the room/hotel was so bad that the call would always drop when I was speaking to an attendant. When I finally got an answer from Booking, they said the hotel agreed to refund me only half of the remainder of the stay. The manager told me to leave because I was complaining about the problems of the room, and I would still have to pay half of the last day even though he was the one telling me to leave. Everything was absurd, from the issues with the room to the manager’s behavior. You can never treat a guest like that! He could have simply switched us to another room, even a smaller one but with no issues, and the problem would be solved. Needless to say he was rude to us for the remainder of the stay, which was very uncomfortable. I was not feeling safe with a person like that at the hotel and I have alerted Booking about that, they did nothing. Terrible customer service, it spoiled our whole stay in Milan as I’ve spent more time trying to get out of the hotel which was not possible, but I wasn’t going to let them have my money after all the mistreatment. Treat your guest better and improve hotel conditions. The wallpaper on the hallway was falling off the walls. Elevator is very small and it stops with more than two people and two pieces of luggage. The lower corner of the mirror in the bathroom was broken, right next to the sink. Instead of replacing it, they’ve just wrapped it around with tape. This is a safety hazard. Room is also small with almost no room to open a suitcase. I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The worst hotel in my entire life!!!

    Terrible, terrible, terrible. I went with my mom in her first time in Europe, we arrived late at night. An Indian person as receptionist with terrible actitud give us the key for the disguting room, full of bugs, the wall full of very old paper and please just imagine a terrible smell, but that was not the bad without any notification hotel give us a room with a shared bathroom which defenitely was not the selected and someone try to open the bathroom when my mom was there where she was on shock, when I expose the situation to the receptionist with his terrible behaviour said to me "Unafortunally I don´t have the time to attend your needs and currently the hotel it´s full" I had to leave with my mom to get medical assistance to stabilize her due to emotional damage suffered due to the situation mentioned and also make another reservation because defenitely spent one minute more time was not option, please do not fall on this trick hotel.
