    Amazing rooms, staff are so friendly and accommodating. The short commute downtown is definitely worth staying here.

    Amazing service from reception and bartenders, great breakfast buffet with almost anything you could want. Mini-bar restocked everyday, rooms are clean and elegant, definitely will be going back.

    We stayed in the Family Suite and it was perfect for a family with two kids (ages 11 and 13) for a week’s vacation! The room has a king size bed and they brought in two roll away beds for the kids. The are with the king size bed has pocket doors that can be closed for some privacy, but the bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom area. There is a couch and a large table for lounging and enjoying some family time. There is also a kitchette area that has a microwave and a Nespresso maker. The bathroom was super nice, it had a separate shower and tub, a bidet and a towel warmer! The sink was quite large and plenty long enough for all four of us to share for the week. The walk in closet was huge and had plenty of storage space for our luggage and drawers for us to unpack and organize. The hotel also provided four robes and four sets of slippers for us to use. The housekeeping did a wonderful job. The morning breakfast was outstanding - excellent selection of baked goods, meats, cheeses, eggs, potatoes, bacon, pastries, cereal, juices and coffee. The hotel staff was kind and very helpful and also helped arrange transportation to the airport for us. They even packed us each some breakfast items in a bag on our final morning when we left at 4am to catch our flight home! Would stay there again in the future!

    Staff friendly, helpful.close bus right next to hotel around 20-30 mins to main city. But taxis Ubers available.10-15min drive to San Siro.Breakfast okay could be improved.We had booked the naked room ,very clean except few marks on wall above the bed. Nice outdoor garden included too. Very big nice shower. Could also be more storage space for clothes only get a few hangers. Would be nice if a robe was included.     The Milan Suite has a stunningly designed interior, excllent loxation for travel, with food and service that match the city's style and pleasant aura.I really enjoyed my stay, seeing the sights of Milan and learning about it's amazing history. I felt so welcomed by the staff, almost all of whom are fluent in both English and Italian.It was a special stay, a quiet solo trip or fun filled family adventure, it will surely be one to remember.
