This city hotel is located just 100 m from the yellow line 3 of the underground network (Rogoredo), which offers easy and convenient access to Milan's many impressive sights. The mighty Milan Cathedral, the famous La Scala opera house, the world-famous Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci and San Siro football stadium are amongst the tourist highlights. Countless boutiques of Italian designers may be browsed and there are many restaurants, bars and clubs located within walking distance of the hotel. Milan's Linate airport is 5 km away and may easily be reached by making use of the nearby motorway.

Facility

26 rooms, including 2 single rooms and 17 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     By far the worst hotel we stayed on our tour of Italy. The lady that greeted us at reception was cold and unfriendly. The hotel is small and feels cramped. Our room felt old and the linen had clearly seen better days. The hotel had no windows, well they were windows but they were boarded up. Everything about the hotel bar the reception area felt very old and tired. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, very few options and only boiled eggs.The saving grace is that the hotel is pretty close to the metro and to the Doumo. There are also some nice pizza parlours around the block that one can explore. Highly not recommended.

    We booked the mistral because of it location near the motorway going south towards Bologna The room was small but clean with a hard bed. The temperature for the noisy heater was set way to high for a comfortable sleep, but the room cooled down quickly enough. Noise from the street starts earlyAll in all a basic accommodation ok for a late arrival,and early departure

    The hotel is really closeto the metro station (5min) and the Duomo is 10 min by metro, the breakfast was OK, the room was quite small but clean, at night the street is really busy but with closed windows it's OK. We liked the hotel!

    Last year we visited Milan and stayed at Mistral and I had a shock at how terrible the area is! Nothing much in the area, not many restaurants, no bars, etc, a bit scary! Only good thing is the metro is very close, can walk to there and train is only 10 - 15 minutes to the center of Milan. Room was clean, a bit out of date, bathroom was ok, sometimes the heating did not work so we got cold at times! The wifi was the WORST! No need to defend your wifi. You should make sure it is working in ALL rooms! I see you are now renovating... better hurry up and fix up the rooms and remove the metal from the roof inside so that wifi will work!The staff, two ladies were very rude! Two others were lovely the gentleman and the blond lady were lovely. I have never forgiven the two rude ladies, never will! To the rude ladies, you need to watch your attitude! You upset a lot of people with your emotional rudeness and impatient. You knew I was Deaf but you did not care!! There is no need to be rude to us. WE pay you! Be grateful or you will lose more customers. And no need to go defend yourself, so don't bother! And don't treat people with disabilities like rubbish again or we will come back and do the same thing to you! Not that we will come back again never! TREAT PEOPLE PROPERLY AND DON'T SNAP AT CUSTOMERS EVER AGAIN!!!!

    The hotel was very close to the metro sation, the breakfast was amazing...i still remember the lemon pie and cappuchino! The room was enough big for 3 persons. I think that It would be important to have a mini fridge for water.
