Location

The hotel has a privileged location, a few metres from the Central Railway Station and very close to downtown and the most exclusive shopping streets, in an area very well connected by public transportation. Sforza Castle, as well as the famous opera house of La Scala are about 2 km and 4 km from the hotel respectively.

The hotel welcomes guests in a 9-storey building with a lift and 282 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Good location. 20 mn walk to brera where all restaurants are . 20 mn to duoumo as well. VIP rooms are big enough. Should have a roof top but that’s missing . Over all quiet pleasant hotel.     This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in during my travels in Europe, and I have visited quite a few countries at this point. In general, I really love the NH Collection brand. We first tried it in Amsterdam and quickly realized that the quality is exceptional for the price and star rating, which is quite rare to find in Europe nowadays.From the beginning, our experience was excellent. We were placed in a room that fully satisfied our requests, and the front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming. The hotel itself feels very new, clean, and highly well-maintained.The breakfast was especially impressive. There were many options for people who prefer a lighter breakfast, including yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, and other healthy choices. Everything was constantly replenished, even when the breakfast area was busy. We came early one morning and also quite late another day, close to closing time, and in both cases there was still plenty of food available. This is something I really appreciated, especially because not all hotels maintain that level of service until the end of breakfast.The amenities and staff have been amazing overall. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant on the first floor. One evening, we arrived quite late and hungry, only a few minutes before closing, and the staff were still incredibly kind and welcoming. I felt bad for the inconvenience, but they treated us with such warmth and professionalism that it truly stood out.Overall, our entire experience in Milan by staying in Nh Touring went far beyond our expectations. The service, breakfast, restaurant, room, location and atmosphere were all exceptional. I would absolutely stay here again and highly highly recommend it!!!!!     Lovely hotel and very nice large rooms. The only let down was the breakfast. The cooked breakfast on all four day we were there was cold. There seemed to be catering for the sweet tooth at breakfast. Not worth the money we paid for this hotel.
