  Very easy to reach via Metro to the hotel from the centers. Hotel is located in a perfect environment and donated with high quality confortable services. hope to stay again

  Good location for Assago Forum, but disappointing overall stay

  We booked this hotel due to a concert at Mediolanum Forum, and its location is indeed convenient — close to the venue, a shopping mall, and a metro station with direct access to the city center in about 20 minutes.However, the overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was acceptable, but the sound insulation was almost non-existent. The bathroom door did not close properly, and amenities were very basic — limited to soap, shower gel, and shampoo.I was particularly surprised that despite having a high status in GHA Discovery, there was no upgrade. Instead, we were given a room on the first floor facing the trash bins, which meant waking up every morning around 6:30 am due to the noise when they were being emptied.Breakfast was average at best. For example, the fruit salad seemed to have started fermenting, which is not acceptable.Overall, despite the good location, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. It does not offer good value for the money paid.   Goog-quality NH standard and a well-connected, comfortable base

  I stayed here with family and friends and had a really nice experience. From the start, the atmosphere felt welcoming and easygoing.The location worked great for us. It’s in a quieter area, near Milanofiori Shopping Center, which we actually appreciated after long days out, and it’s just a short walk to the metro. From there, it was very easy to get around — we used the M2 line a lot to reach places like Navigli, Castello Sforzesco and Milano Centrale, with simple connections onward to Duomo di Milano. It made exploring Milan very easy.As a GHA Discovery Titanium member and someone who often stays at NH hotels, I appreciated the welcome amenity and the late check-out.Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, fresh and with a really kind and attentive team. Thank you!Service at the front desk was a bit inconsistent at times. Giuseppe and Elena really stood out - Elena for organizing a lovely birthday surprise for our friend, which meant a lot to us and Giuseppe for being exactly what you would expect from NH: very professional, warm and helpful. We also had a few interactions with Federica, who is new to the team, and she left a very positive impression.The rooms are what you’d expect from NH, very comfortable, clean, good-sized, and perfect for resting after a full day out (which we definitely needed after all the walking).One thing worth highlighting at the end is the NH City Connection perk. On our last day, we left our luggage at another NH hotel in the centre, and Giuseppe made sure everything was smoothly coordinated.All in all, we left with a very positive impression and would happily stay again. A great option if you don’t mind being outside the centre and want something reliable, high-quality, and well-connected.   Situation and parking facility allows arrival by car and even usage of the Metro nearby ..   Large congress hotel with some issues.

  This is an OK hotel in Asaggio, a short metro ride from the city centre.. The decor is modern and the room was of a decent size. Nothing to complain about but also nothing special to be worth mentioning. We were lucky though, that it was a very quiet weekend and we didn't experience any noise at all, the area was dead, and the hotel was almost empty. We booked a king size bed, but got two singles pushed together. The bathroom was ok, the water pressure in the shower was weak and there wasn't enough water coming out of the head which was annoying. The WiFi disconnected constantly.Missing stuff in the room like: slippers, robes, toiletries, amenities, coffee/tea making facility, bottles of water, international TV channels, iron and ironing board etc. Being a 4* business/congress hotel, I would expect those to be visible and available! (-1*)Last but not least, the customer service / reservation call-centre in Spain was far from helpful and despite having a special corporate code which gives us up to 50% off, we were offered a triple rate, thus I booked the hotel through OTA. (-1*)unfortunately I could give it 2* only.
