    Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. The hotel is generally lovely and about a 10 min walk from the station and about a 5 min walk to the metro. Breakfast was good, nice spread and the coffee there was some of the nicest coffee I had in Milan.

    I don't recommend anyone to book in this hotel, we kept our suitcase in the hotel and went to France, when we came back and checked in in the hotel we opened our suitcase to find that my wife's brand new hand bag was missing cost more than 1,200 EUR, we spoke to the staff and manager to check the CCTV but they refused and said go to the police to complain and bring the report and they will ask insurance company to pay the amount, we went to raise a complain and brought the police report but nothing happened till today since 10/06/2024 even after contacting them and send many reminders !!     Nice but not quite 5-star standard

    Nice hotel with a good location, not dead center but only a few stops away with the subway. Room was small but clean, AC worked well (albeit slowly) and was quiet. The bathroom was showing some wear and tear and wasn't really up to standard. Front Desk service was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast in the lobby / bar is nice but has quite limited selection and lacks any a la carte-items (unless you pay extra) and does not reach near the standards of other 5* hotels in Milan. Overall a nice experience but when comparing to the 5* standard in the city, it unfortunately falls short of the mark.

    I do not know, where the ’palazzo’ name comes from, but this is no palace in any way. However, it’s rather nice hotel in rather good location. Design is stylish and environment calm. Check-in was very efficient, it took about 2 minutes. We had a good penthouse suite. There was good shower and good bed. Separate luggage room. Tv in both bedroom and living room. Breakfast was good, partly served to table, partly buffet.Only downside was preordered transportation from the airport. First driver called of being a little late while we didn’t have departed yet. So, he was 4 hours ahead of schedule. When we did arrive, he was not there. I called, and he arrived 10 minutes late. Then he drove 172 km/h on the motorway (GPS speed), and in the city several times ahead of read lights. If the driver thinks, he is good, he is wrong. He was about the worst I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen quite many.

    Beautiful 5 star hotel in Milan A little out of the main square, but the rooms were modern and clean Carpark next door which was helpful The best breakfast in Milan Staff very helpful and accommodating Will definitely be back when next in Milan
