    Average room with cold water shower.Pleasant reception staff. Evening meal over priced and shockingly bad.. worst I've ever had anywhere. The selection of food was bad and what was listed as chicken nuggets and chips was strips of grilled chewy chicken and boiled diced potato with no sauce or flavouring what so ever.Bland! Cheese cake we had to wait ages for and was clearly because it was a frozen cheesecake they had to defrost in the microwave. It was disgusting.     A short, but intense stay!

    My business stay lasted only one night, but it was enough to confirm that this is an excellent property located a few km from Fiera Milano Rho. Clean, spacious room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast is really top!I will definitely come back.     Clean and comfortable rooms.Tried the restaurant once but wouldn’t go back as food low quality. The kitchen is very small, so understandable.There’s no real bar area either. Breakfast was ok. I would return to the hotel but not the restaurant.Staff all very courteous.     Hotel is very poor in service & quality Rooms were dirty & very basic.No bar or lounge area to sit , just the very basic breakfast areaLocation is in nowhere's land , and taxi always requiredPrice is outrageous for this type of hotel, and they took advantage of the ITMA event to charge 350€ per night.. but at this price, I would expect a different level of service & quality. Breakfast was also very poor , always same and not much choices Finally, I was staying in the room for disabled people. Could not take a long shower, as the bathroom was flooding in no time and water even floaded into the room. Due to location and no good accommodities to stay in hotel, you were obliged to always take taxi to Milan , which was also very expensive, hence better staying in the center of Milan and taking train/subway instead.     The hotel is announced as 4 stars , actually it's 2 stars at maximum .furniture , bathroom and cleanness are very poor , only the room price per night was at 4 stars rate , I will never come back to this hotel .
