    Nice property, but absolutely horrible customer service.The hotel's reservation team made several errors on their end that resulted in me being incorrectly charged over $7,200. After weeks of emails, phone calls, disputes, and providing extensive documentation, I still have not been refunded. Management has repeatedly denied my claim while refusing to provide a clear explanation or evidence supporting their decision.Mistakes can happen, but the complete lack of accountability, transparency, and effort to correct their own errors has been shocking. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better.Based on my experience, I would not trust this hotel with reservations or billing issues, and I would not stay here again.

    An excellent location within 30minutes easy walk of all the main areas of Milan and with easy access to public transport.All the staff when out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped make our stay in Milan a very comfortable and enjoyable one.

    The room was very hot and small, very expensive for the offering (poor value). The breakfast area was small with limited options. There was a dining trolley left in the corridor outside our room for two days, unbelievable. The hotel needs lots of gereral maintenance in the commmon areas (just old and tired), the reception felt unclean. The location was great.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs.We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite—beyond our expectations—and there were beautiful birthday arrangements awaiting my daughter. Every detail, from the stunning hotel itself to the amazing breakfast and warm, attentive staff, made this a stay we’ll never forget. Truly exceptional!.
