Location

Located 700 metres from the subway and close to the city centre, this hotel near Villa Reale (4 km) is ideal for experiencing Milan. The impressive spires of the Duomo Cathedral (6 km) are also a must see. The hotel is just 20 minutes from major events and conferences at Fiera Milano.     Dear Team,In regards to our recent stay at Ramada Wyndham Milan, we would like to mention that the hotel rooms were very spacious, and the front desk reception team was extremely good, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.The hotel’s location is also very convenient, being just 10 minutes away from the Turro metro station.However, we were extremely disappointed with the behavior of the restaurant brasserie manager, Mr. Antonio. His attitude was rude and highly unprofessional. Because of such behavior, the reputation of Ramada Wyndham Milan is negatively affected.Hospitality staff should be properly trained on how to communicate and behave with hotel guests. As travellers staying for four nights and booking three rooms, this was certainly not the level of service we expected from the team.We kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and advise Mr. Antonio to behave more politely and professionally with guests staying at your hotel.Apart from this unfortunate experience, the rest of our stay was very pleasant, and we truly enjoyed our time in Milan.Regards,Tejas Vora

    Convenient stay and very comfortable, hotel location, size of the room and cleanness, equipped with most required items. Breakfast delicious and variety moderate. Stay was excellent with the nice and very helpful Mr. Abanoub Ghali who was the idol of hotel manger team.

    An excellent hotel in Milano. Room is large with a balcony. The bed is very comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. WiFi is very good. Staff is super helpful.
