    This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed in many shared hostels even. How does this place call itself a 4-star hotel? It should be illegal. The rooms are entirely rundown and outdated. The beds and pillows must be minimum 40 years old and absolutely feel like it. There are springs poking from the mattresses and the pillows are completely hard and flat. The bedding feels like sandpaper. Nothing soft exists here. Additionally there is construction that starts at 8am everyday (including Saturdays) that makes it impossible to sleep any later. The rooms smell horrible like must and mildew. Additionally, the cleaning staff does not do their job. I was moved into one room that was not clean when I arrived and had opened soap bottles and the receipt with the personal information of the customer before me left inside (garbage). The second room I was moved into had literal dirt all over the bathroom. The blinds are broken, the cookware is dismal, I could go on. The staff makes very weird comments and also barely speaks English, so if you have a problem and do not speak Italian, you are out of luck. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. There are many better options. This place is a joke.

    Was a lovely room, great location. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was nice, good choice. Dinner was from a set menu and was very nice. Used tram to get into central Milan, took approximately 20 minutes and was very cheap. Nice location of hotel.

    Arrogant Staff- Men Staff at Reception are very ill educated. It seems they hire Men staff from streets. They speak very arrogantly with clients. Hotel is not even one star hotel and they write 4 star hotel. Hairs in Towels were foundPrice to Quality is very low.

    I was subjected to fraud and deception by this hotel, and unfortunately, despite proving this, the Agoda management was unable to protect my rights and abandoned me under the pretext that they could not do anything for me.1. My reservation does not match the reservation in the app.This is Room information which you booked1 X One-Bedroom ApartmentGarden view | 45 m²/484 ft² | 1 single bed and 1 queen bedBut I was given a room with one king bed and without any view2. The room is dirty and has a bad smell.3. The air conditioning system is not working properly and is making a very annoying clicking sound.4. The receptionist disclaimed responsibility for the reservation and asked us to wait until the morning to solve the problem or contact Agoda.5. However, the elevator does not reach the floor where this room is located.6. When the oven is turned on, the electricity in the room is completely turned off.Despite all this, the hotel staff did not respond to any complaints from me and asked to contact Agoda. After that, after a long discussion with Agoda, they asked me to contact the hotel and solve the problem myself, and that they could not do anything for me except to compensate me with $25 out of $503.

    Although not in the centre, a short journey away, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room had a hob and fridge so you are able to make your own lunch or dinner in the room instead of having to eat out all of the time. You have the use of a swimming pool and gym, free of charge.
