  GOT WHOLE infection in my body from bed bugs bite went to my doctor as I was feeeling very unwell after my stay from here on the last night was very itchy from the beds got back to my country I had all bed bug bites and my arm was swelling I taught I was dien with the burning pain and swelling and whole body was itchy. I never had expereinced anything in my life. Bought a cheapTicket to think then when I got home cost me 120euros to see a doctor and get medications to treat the bites on my face and arm elbow....

  I'm a 5-star guy and this is NOT a 5-star hotel. But: I knew that. I stayed here for two nights on floor 1, facing the front of the building and, referring back to other reviews I read after I booked: I did not hear any trains, I did not hear a nightclub, the room was fine and clean, but lacked any type of luxury—but again: they never advertised they do this. It’s basically old and may have received a lick of paint in the last 10 years, but the furniture has never been updated.So, would I stay here again? No. Would I tell people who understand what they are booking to avoid it? No. It's like sardines; it does what it says on the tin: It's a basic hotel with friendly staff which provides a bed.

  The hotel was okay considering the price for 4 nights. While it is located further from the centre of milan- 50 min walk, 15/20 min cycle or 30 min on the tram, if you’re looking for a fairly priced place to stay then it’s okay. the bed was fairly comfy, sort of thin and only one pillow, but if you’re exploring a city sometimes you just need a place to rest! the staff were friendly upon arrival, however our room was the first in the corridor so you could hear talking, doors slamming and stomping around during all hours. overall, the hotel was decent for the lower price you pay as we only spent the nights there to sleep before going off out again!

  Pos: - location: very easy to go everywhere with meteo- own kitchen- family room with extra bedroom for kids (8&11 years)Neg:- for the price you pay you shouldn’t expect to great facilities, but this was a bit too below expectations. The room were very old, dusty and really not cleaned well. This is a place to only sleep, you won’t be spending any relaxing time in the room- no airco - thing they call airco is not enough to cool down the room- more mosquitos in the room then outside. We didn’t open any window so how that many got in is a mystery- shower space is really small, but that I can live with- at 6 in the morning the fire alarm started.. it lasted at least half an hour and woke up the entire hotel- there was one staff membzr trying to silence it, but no communication whatsoever on what to do. Summarized: my expectation was low because it was also not expensive, but the cleaning of the room was so bad that that dissapointment led me to give 2 stars. Otherwise it would have been more.

  The worst hotel in Milan

  We had the worst stay ever in this property! In the bathroom were ants, especially in the shower. In the shower there was also much moald, and it is not sanitary correct at all. First night we didn't have other option and we had to stay in that room, since hotel didn't have other available room, and it was late to find another property. Receptionst gave us bug spray for the bathroom, so we were spraying bugs instead of having rest on vacation. Also, room wasn't cleaned good enough, carpet was very filthy and walls also. It is really not okay, we payed 70e a night to clean bugs in some Milan's hotel!Another day we talked to the hotel manager about room changing and asked for some compensation because of our really bad experience last night. Hotel manager is the RUDEST LADY EVER, and she DOESN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH. How somebody can be manager of big hotel and doesn't know any language besides his/hers native language!? She was very unpleasant, we barely managed to communicate through translate app. And she was talking (I suppose some nasty stuff about us, based on her tone and looks to us) whole time to her colleague at the receprion.Summary:Ants and moald in the bathroom, dirty and non-vacuumed carpet, dirty walls, old and danaged furniture, bad smell of towells and sheets, really loud because od rail near by, non workinf wi-fi, pillows hard as rock, very rude and inpolite stuff.
