  Hotel Royal Falcone delivers what it says

  Very clean and quiet hotel room on 1st floor facing to the back of the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel door key is a little too heavy to carry in your pocket but I guess you should give it to reception when you go out of the hotel. No evening restaurant but you do have a KFC and MacDonalds next door should you not want indulge in great Italian food elsewhere in the area. The Forest cafe is lovely and 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Room amenities are fine but just one teabag and one coffee seems a bit tight! Would stay here again on business.

  Ideal location for a night Monza

  This hotel is ideally located a few mins walk from the station which is handy if you are passing through Monza. Trains run directly and frequently to Milano centrale. The room I had was small but clean and nice. Breakfast was included and was a good selection. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It is a few minutes walk to the centre of Monza where you can reach lots of shops and restaurants and the Duomo.

  Decent and clean hotel a few minutes from the station and centre of Monza. Large room, sky tv. Fairly quiet despite proximity to the station.

  This is a great hotel, very convenient for the train station and the centre of Monza. The reception staff were excellent and provided lots of useful information for us. Our Sky box for the TV wasn't working when we first arrived but it was immediately fixed (fortunate as we wanted to watch the Grand Prix!). Glad to have a kettle in the room. The only negative was the air conditioning which stopped working for the whole hotel during our second night. We rang down to reception at about 3am but were told there was nothing they could do until the morning. We spent an uncomfortable night trying to sleep with the window open to help cool the room. Our room was booked through a travel agent and so we weren't given any compensation which was disappointing after such a poor night's sleep. It was a shame as otherwise we were very pleased to have stayed there.   Run away as fast as you can! Nothing royal about this place

  Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Where to start I was supposed to be there for 5 nights had to check out after 1 night. Not heat no hot water which was immediately brought to the person at the desks attention she said it would be days before the heat would be turned on. How is that even possible? Room was not what I reserved and was dirty also brought this to housekeeping attention there was someone else’s hair on the bed and in the sink and dust and debris on the floors. While it’s close to the train if you want the walls to shake and hear every other guest doors and walls are very thin there is absolutely nothing royal about this hotel except for what a royal nightmare it’s been dealing with them to get a refund for the unused nights. When I checked out I was told by the manager they would issue a refund but the next manager flat out rejected the request to bad it’s at there discretion on if they refund you or not. Really a shame how they flat out lied and even more of a shame they rent hotel rooms that dirty and with no heat.
